Really looking forward to all of the tag matches as I like just about everybody involved in them.
Shida rules. Big spot for Ford here as the women's division needs a lot of help at the moment. |
Not really feeling the TNT Title match despite generally loving Cody's work. I know they're doing the whole fighting champion/open challenge thing but the roster is big enough you don't need Cody wrestling every week. Plus it's very possible that the TNT Title matches he's had in the last month are gonna be better than the one he'll have with Hager.
Have had no interest in seeing Hager wrestle again after that boring Mox match. Maybe if they stink the joint out here it'll be the end of the Hager experiment. |

Not really sure what use Hager will be after he's lost to Moxley and Cody.
His booking is reminiscent of an era where heels come in, lose to a top babyface or two and then move on to the next territory. |
Best thing for Hager would be to have him join Dark Order and then Jericho could get Rusev to take his spot in The Inner Circle and Dark Order can go against Inner Circle. Hager under a mask is the only way I could ever see him getting over.

Only segments that will gain viewers are MJF because he’s good, Shida and Ford for fap times and maybe Q2 of the tag title match because “it has to end sometime.” But I kind of expect them to put the Tag Titles on last because their booking is all wonky, so they will probably sink the night. This will also be a good chance for them to tie in Orange Cassidy.

Looks like a really lackluster card for night one. Cody vs Swagger might be good, the rest is meh.
Night 2 will be better next week assuming Mox can go, but even if he can't, night 2 still beats this week's card. |

Well they’re still advertising Mox’s match next week despite the fact that it’s being taped tomorrow. So he’s possibly wresting a week after his wife’s COVID diagnosis.
Supposedly he’s tested negative late last week and will be tested again tomorrow before he is allowed into the building...but still. |
