For as hit-or-miss CF0$ was with themes, the one they made for Keith Lee was actually great compared to his current replacement theme.

Don't think I'm ever going to get fond of the one Lee has now because it way too generic and forgettable.

They had some really good ones. Paige, Ascension, Sasha, Balor, Dana Brooke, Asuka, Styles, and the masterpiece for Bobby Roode.

I wonder if there is a cutoff time for themes made after a certain point. Riddle's theme was only about 2 months earlier than Lee's, and he is still using it. In fact, has anybody else had their themes changed?

Maybe adding the little gimmick noises at the beginning of the themes is somehow a legal loophole so they can keep using them? Could explain why Braun and Drew both had the little extra added to their themes recently.

Supposedly talent have to sign off on the changes which is why some have had changes made and others still have their old themes for the time being.

WWE's deal with CFO$ was a really bad one on their end since CFO$ was getting around 50% royalties from each one they made and was being used on tv or sold.

If that is true, it is even more baffling they got rid of Jim Johnston.

That was mostly CFO$'s fault since they quickly pushed Johnston out of any influential role in music production. Since CFO$ could pump out themes faster than Johnston, made WWE's decision an easy one on who to keep.

Also partially Triple H's fault since he kept signing guys to be under his wings for management and Johnston's release happened around the same time WWE shed a bunch of their older tenured employees to make space for them.

These RAW Underground segments quickly became aimless in terms of direction and interest. Hurt Business wrecking things has been the only real interesting thing to happen from these segments.

First RAW in like 3 months probably without Bayley/Banks

All this talk about themes ignores the funniest thing which is that MVP and Rey Mysterio themes from 15 years ago off the Wreckless Intent CD are still used. Reys theme is pretty iconic but you'd think they'd have given MVP a new theme.

I assume Slikk the Shocker who did mvps theme is pretty happy given he hasn't been relevant in 15 years either.

I wish they'd do more themes by actual bands/singers like they used to

I'm not sure he's been relevant this century yet.
