What is a Firefly Inferno Match?

Is it an actual inferno set the dude on fire match, a normal match but with fire like when Bray fought Kane at Summerslam one year, or is it a cinematic match?

WWE really lax when it comes to explaining these days.

I am not expecting either of the heavyweight titles to change hands but almost certain they're going to be bangers.

I doubt this will cross two pages.

I had no clue what the card for this was even going to be. I have no clue what the direction for WrestleMania is going to be. Roman Reigns is the best thing in wrestling right now though. Drew vs. AJ should be a good match. It’s just unbelievable how little the care factor is.

With him as the holder and Reigns as the champ, they had the ideal option of Otis cashes but in an honest way like Cena did. He loses via Reigns cheating in some fashion so Reigns keeps the title and gets some added heel heat while Otis gets some fan sympathy which then can be turned into a quick feud between the two. Could have done it for TLC and save the Owens feud for Reigns for the Rumble.

Why not just have an unscheduled match for the case and give it to someone else?

WWE title TLC match was pretty good even if it did drag on a bit too long.

If Miz cashing in during the middle of the match and losing was the least worst option WWE had on the table, really want to know what the other ideas were considering the report of all them being terrible even by Vince's standards.

The Miz should not be WWE Champion. Him losing to Drew in the middle of a bigger match is fine. Money in the Bank is a tired concept and could probably be put on ice.

Love that they do the special introductions for women’s matches to give it that big fight feel, but they still refuse to announce their weights because it’s impolite to talk about a woman’s weight.

Carmella's bubbly guy almost botched catching Carmella on the outside.

Smackdown Women's title match was very good overall.

Have no interest in Carmella as a serious women’s wrestler.

RAW Tag title match was pretty good.

Was hoping for New Day to retain since that would have meant they could have moved on to something new and be done with this Hurt Business feud that had already felt too played out.

WWE went overboard with those storyline injuries listed for Lana since she's only going to be out for a few weeks and not almost a whole year going by what WWE said.

Going to laugh if WWE really does give what should have been Lana's feud defining moment to Charlotte instead.

Guess Charlotte didn't bother practicing on her moonsaults during her time away since she's still just as bad when it comes to hitting one accurately.

Then WWE should never have bothered to put Lana in a months long high profile feud with Nia that extended into a tag title feud if they didn't care to give it a satisfying conclusion.

They could have put Mandy in Charlotte's spot since she got involved in Women's Tag feud on RAW last week and save Lana's big PPV moment for the Rumble instead if the end goal was for her and Asuka to win the tag belts.

Instead WWE went right back to shoving Charlotte into the spotlight and the tired booking that comes with it.

Universal title match was very good.

Between the two TLC matches, liked that one more than the WWE title one. Had the physicality and brutality that felt mostly missing in the WWE title match and also didn't feel like it was plodding along just to eat up a bunch of time.

Bray charging the ring while on fire and getting RKOed was really cool.

Had very low expectations for this match and ended up enjoying it. Just the right mix of ridiculousness and cool moments to not make it be just a big waste of time.

TLC was pretty good overall. Don't really care for any of the stuff that came out from the RAW side of the show though.

Noid does not watch American professional wrestling because it "sucks". After each show, he'll skim through highlights on Reddit and post outlandish takes. While it was amusing at first, his shtick got stale quickly since it became evident that he shits on the product because he's miserable and out of touch.

At one point in his posting career, he had a weird infatuation with Val Venis as well as Funaki and Danny (or Dough) Basham. Typing essays on how they should main event Wrestlemania for the WWE Championship.

It really looks like the dummy in the second image was used for a test run and extinguished given it already looks burnt. Had they used a different angle not showing the mask it might have been a bit more convincing.

That would be hot. Also, Alexa no selling the RKO would be the best!

I enjoyed the show, but I wouldn't go that far.

I haven't watched RAW or SD in a few weeks. Watching the PPV made me not have to worry about catching up on them. Kevin Dunn gets a rare win.

I’m at the stage where I can’t give a shit about Ladder Matches. They used to be my favourite. But I’ve just seen dudes rattle their spines off ladders so many times I do not give a shit.

I probably wouldn't go that far for me personally but it easily was in the upper tier for WWE PPVs this year.

Part of it was due to none of the matches were atrocious in quality and the other part due to having very low expectations going in because of the build for the show was mostly forgettable or dull.

Nobody lost a match by falling in Orange Juice, so it has that going for it. :rofl:
