I think I heard that they set the date for the PPV before the All Star game was scheduled... the NBA originally canceled the game but then changed their minds and decided to do it last month (I think)

Yeah PAC/Fenix seem like the safe battle royal bet. They were the only team to get their win entrance during the big melee on Wednesday to give them emphasis.
Although it does lead to questions as to why it’s Penta in the ladder match instead of PAC with the Lucha Brothers in the battle royal |

Christian would be interesting. I think I'd prefer to see a jacked up TRTed Angle vs the major AEW young guys than Christian though. If Angle is healed up and gassed to the gills then I could see him back in a TNAesque form/quality. Obviously the WWE reboot didn't go well for a number of reasons. I believe he is able to turn his head now which is huge for him and I think his passion is evident. Of the choices that aren't Lesnar or Punk I think Angle could be a good choice. I mean he's a big fucking deal, certainly an all time great. Hopefully if it is him, he's gassed up and really to go.
