Someone messed up big time since that shouldn't have been possible at all.

AEW really needs to tweak their rankings system.

The idea has been great but they really should use a weigh system for matches or at least do a Top 10 instead so people shooting up in rankings doesn't feel as abrupt as its been too often.

Yeah one of my biggest qualms with AEW is that they haven't utilized the ranking system well. There's a lot they could do in terms of building up feuds and telling stories with it, but they've just been really lazy.

In general an issue with AEW having a ranking system is you see enhancement guys like Griff Garrison on Dynamite more often than the actual roster.

Like I actually think Uno and Grayson are a great team, I loved watching them for years before AEW. But they don’t get to work normal matches on Dynamite. They basically only get to work Dark squashes because of AEW’s aversion to having main roster guys eat pins.
