I don’t like the MMA match in wrestling because we know what an MMA match looks like and it doesn’t look like what a wrestling promotion can give us.

AEW's insistence on putting over Hager's MMA record feels like how WWE insists that The Miz is an actual Hollywood star because of their own direct-to-DVD movies and USA cross-promotion.

Like I’m just watching Hager have top control and throw 1 hammer fist when in a real fight he’d throw 30. It just doesn’t translate.

Anyway that was one of the better taped shows they’ve done. Good stuff all around. Glad to get a live crowd back next week and then back live and in the regular time slot the week after.

Yep, they’re selling tickets for it.

The June 30 Dynamite is also being billed as as "thank you" to Jacksonville. Wouldn't be surprised if the roster empties out at the end of the show or something as a sendoff for 14 months straight in the same building.

Obviously the crowds being back is the most important but aesthetically it'll just be nice to see different venues.
