No man that's something that they did in Ring of Honor so it's just paying homage to that to a degree that's all and since it was ROH and Tony bought ROH it's cannon okay, plus Tony really liked ROH especially early on but also later on too with Adam Cole and The Bucks and probably Marty Scurl too but they can't hire him yet.
