Sepholio 11-05-2022 03:48 PM

Hi guys

DAMN iNATOR 11-05-2022 03:49 PM

What was the point of having Dakota and Iyo win the women’s tag titles back if you’re just going to go with the stale Last Man/Woman Standing match trope of having the champion win via trapping his/her challenger to the point where it’s literally impossible to stand up before 10? It wasn’t cute or clever when Cena did it using duct tape, and every time it happens, it just gets more and more retarded.

slik 11-05-2022 04:10 PM

Roman and Bray have both inherited Undertaker's entrance length

slik 11-05-2022 04:12 PM

Kind of hope Logan Paul wins for the twitter meltdowns

slik 11-05-2022 04:24 PM

Excellent buckshot lariat from Logan Paul

slik 11-05-2022 04:25 PM

Bet Logan/Jake Paul do a Bella Twins 'twin magic' switcheroo at some point

slik 11-05-2022 04:28 PM

Logan Paul is a good wrestler

slik 11-05-2022 04:37 PM

That was a good match

Mr. Nerfect 11-05-2022 06:32 PM

I haven’t seen the match, but I will say it again: The Pauls are perfect for wrestling.

Sepholio 11-05-2022 09:56 PM

The reason MVP didn't go to Crown Jewel is because he is a former Muslim turned atheist. A 2014 law enacted in Saudi makes that a crime, and the punishment is death.

slik 11-05-2022 10:02 PM

Damn

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">torn meniscus, MCL &amp; potentially ACL<br><br>happened halfway through the match. keep y’all updated <a href="https://t.co/3v5tpBABCk">pic.twitter.com/3v5tpBABCk</a></p>&mdash; Logan Paul (@LoganPaul) <a href="https://twitter.com/LoganPaul/status/1589050293119221760?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 6, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Mr. Nerfect 11-05-2022 10:30 PM

Well, that’s not good. He seems to be in good spirits about it, but that’s probably him done, right?

LibSuperstar 11-05-2022 11:05 PM

Not good at all. I wouldn't say done completely but done for now.

Did they run a video promoting the fact that women are allowed to drive occasionally this year? That should be enough to distract from the fact that they literally want members of WWE’s roster dead.

...I might have to call BS on that Logan Paul injury. That sounds like excuse to keep him off TV awhile. No way he hits the splash over the top onto the Usos at the end of the match with that kind of injury. Wasn't even limping. Yeah, not buying that.

Sepholio 11-06-2022 12:20 AM

Maybe we're gonna get the old fake cast/crutches/wheelchair angle out of it or something.

Destor 11-06-2022 12:35 AM

I haven't seen it but ive seen some guys work through some pretty wild injuries. If we're just talking famous ones if triple h can work a half hour with a crushed trachea anything is possible

Sepholio 11-06-2022 12:57 AM

I can see Logan doing what he did if it was just the meniscus. That's doable, it'll just be painful. But that with the LCL? And then an ACL on top of that? ACL will make the best athletes in the world crumple on the ground and cry like babies. No way you are doing over the top dives with those injuries and not even limping.

I've had a partial LCL tear before and there is just no way. You'll immediately be limping and be in extreme pain putting weight on it. Made my whole foot and leg all the way to the knee turn black and blue. And thats just a partial tear, god knows what it woulda been like with a torn meniscus and an even worse ACL injury.

Sepholio 11-06-2022 01:01 AM

sorry, his is the mcl

Sepholio 11-06-2022 01:03 AM

its the claim of all those injuries at once that makes it hard to believe.

Destor 11-06-2022 01:03 AM

Again haven't seen it so i cant comment on the specifics. Adrenaline is a helluva thing though. You see stories of 80lb women lifting cars off their children. Shouldn't be possible but it happens.

Destor 11-06-2022 01:04 AM

Im not saying youre wrong though im just not willing to dismiss it as a matter of principle

Destor 11-06-2022 01:04 AM

CRAZY SHIT BE CRAZY SOMETIMES

Sepholio 11-06-2022 01:15 AM

Maybe Swoggle was under the ring and hit him with a quick cortizone injection when no one was looking.

Destor 11-06-2022 01:26 AM

PCP. It was clearly PCP.

Vastardikai 11-06-2022 01:51 AM

Logan Paul did some amazing stuff, but I feel like it is time we should fully rate Roman Reigns as one of the top storytellers and workers of this era, in addition to easily being the biggest star.

Yeah total BS, he would need an MRI to diagnose those. They are just writing him off TV until the next time he comes back.

Ha, I was just thinking that he might be exaggerating early reports of these injuries for “cred” or something. The way he says that the ACL might be torn. Eh. I don’t know, we’ll wait and see on that one. But it wouldn’t make a ton of sense to give him an injury that takes 8 months to recover from and bring him back in 3 (for example). “I hurt my knee, getting checked out” would have been fine for a work.

Maybe it’s all a ruse so when he shows up in the 30th Anniversary Raw, he confronts Roman Reigns who has been bragging about fucking his knee up. He starts swinging his crutch and reveals that his knee wasn’t that badly hurt at all.

Mr. Nerfect 11-06-2022 03:49 AM

Sami Zayn blocks Logan Paul from winning the Rumble. Zayn starts this feud with him over Paul faking an injury being so egregious because our careers and health are important. You deceived the fans, got sympathy and made light of our very serious profession. Paul beats Zayn and Zayn comes out on SmackDown and pretends it was because he had an broken neck all along.

Sepholio 11-06-2022 04:44 AM

If his ACL is fine and he doesn't have to have his meniscus surgically repaired and they just have to clean it up, then 2-3 months is plenty of time to recover and be ready for the rumble.

If his meniscus has to be repaired, he could be back for Mania.

If his ACL is torn though? Probably looking at 9 months, maybe a little earlier.

I'm saying he's in the Rumble too though. Surprise entrant. Wouldn't be surprised if Jake was in it too, especially if the rumored switch to a 40 man rumble is legit.

Mr. Nerfect 11-06-2022 06:53 AM

If Logan is ready to go, do the angle on Raw 30th. Logan Paul comes out on crutches during a Miz segment or something. “What the hell are you doing here? I’m talking about how Maryse and I are going to walk all over Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae at the Royal Rumble. You can’t walk properly! Get out of my ring!”
“First, Johnny Wrestling and Mrs. Wrestling are going to beat you at the Rumble. But you’re also wrong that I can’t walk properly.”

Logan Paul begins to beat The Miz mercilessly with the crutch. “Roman! You beat me at Crown Jewel and put me down, but you didn’t put me out! I’m going to be in the Royal Rumble Match and I’m going to win and we both know I’m not going to fail twice!”

If Logan can’t work it, Jake Paul can probably learn enough to work a few spots in the Rumble Match in his place.

Mr. Nerfect 11-06-2022 06:57 AM

Bobby Lashley cut a pretty good promo with Byron Saxton after his match. For Bobby Lashley standards. He’s upset that he lost, because he was prepared to go to war and die in that ring. Now what’s he supposed to do? What’s next?

Prepared for war? Hmm…

xrodmuc316 11-06-2022 11:54 AM

Remember when Nia Jax said she wrestled for like a year with 2 torn/no ACL's, she was so good!

Sepholio 11-06-2022 01:40 PM

"MY HOLE!"

Sepholio 11-06-2022 03:20 PM

Feel like we aren't talking enough about how awful Jake Pauls fake punches were. Like...whoa, they were terrible.

Fignuts 11-06-2022 08:25 PM

If Logan Paul's knee injury is legit, then maybe it could have been avoided by not having the guy wrestling his third match do a dive from the top rope through a table to the floor.

For some reason its become commonplace for guest wrestlers to do a dive off the top rope to get cred with the audience. Logan is more than good enough. He didnt need to take that risk.

Destor 11-06-2022 11:30 PM

Kinda echos back to Flairs critique of Foley. Its stunt man work. Any idiot could do it. Im not so reductionist with Foleys body of work to say the only thing he had was the bumps but the point seems germane
