My thing with The Gunn Club is they aren't very good and having the belts won't make get them 'more over'

IMO, Acclaimed had done everything they could’ve as champs including heating FTR. Ass boys were once getting groomed once they started feuding and beat FTR.

FTR is gonna come back and take the vents from the Gunn Club. It all works for me.

I think the Gunns are in a sweet spot right now. They've gotten way, way better over the last year IMO...but not so undeniably good that smart crowds are going to start cheering them or doing duel chants for them and their opponent.

I don't want their reign to be an especially long one, but I'm fine with them scraping their way to some chickenshit wins before they drop them, making the eventual dethrone a cooler moment.

As D-Rey said, they've got a story already built and ready to go with FTR if they're sticking around. If FTR leave and The Acclaimed stay hot they can always get the belts back down the line. But really, The Gunns open up a slightly wider range of teams that can unseat them. Like I could quite easily buy Top Flight taking them down in a few months.

I saw some clips of MJF vs. Takeshita. So fucking stupid. I also saw some weak-ass headbutts and a slap fight between Rush and Danielson. AEW is so lame.

Saw a promo by Sting and Darby on social about them going out in a blaze of glory or some such. It was kind of un clear if they are going after Joe in some way or if they might be about to go after the tag belts for Stings retirement tour.

I kinda skimmed the show this week but no Wardlow vs. Joe follow up seemed weird.

AEW have so many storylines going on ATM it feels like Rampage could be more instead of not running with an angle for a week or so. I still kind of dig that things have room to breath but it feels like a missed opportunity sometimes.

I still dont "get" Ricky Starks. There is moments I see but as a week in week out performer I'm not into it.
