Definitely The Rock because he entertains the hell out of me anytime that he's on. I don't miss Foley too much right now because he was on a few months ago. I also miss Bret Hart and Stone Cold from their glory days, but seeing Austin as the Sheriff was crap.

I hated The Rock's character most of the time, but I'll still admit that he was entertaining. If he was still around full time I'd be a lot more willing to watch on a weekly basis.
