WWE SmackDown Tapings (Air date: 9/16)

- In the fourth match of the best of 5 series for the U.S. Title, John Cena defeated Booker T by pinfall.

- Michael Cole was interviewing Billy Kidman. Paul London came out to confront him. He slapped Kidman, but Kidman didn't do anything, he just walked away.

- Rob Van Dam & Rey Mysterio defeated The Dudley Boyz

- Kenzo Suzuki & Rene Dupree defeated the FBI to retain the tag titles.

- John Heidenreich kidnapped Michael Cole. Tazz tried to help out, but was unsuccessful. Later on in the night, Heidenreich read this poem to Cole and told Cole to thank him for it.

- Bradshaw made his way to the ring and called out the Undertaker. They fought for a bit, until Orlando Jordan came out with Viscera and Gangrel. Undertaker tried to fight back, then Bradshaw delivered the clothesline from hell.

- Charlie Haas defeated Spike Dudley by disqualification. The Dudleyz interfered to cause the DQ finish, then Rico came out to help Haas.

- Big Show came out to the ring because he had a contract to sign. He can choose to face either Kurt Angle or Eddie Guerrero at No Mercy. Big Show signed to face Kurt Angle. Apparently, this angered Angle and he and Luther attacked the Big Show, but Eddie made the save. Teddy Long made a tag team main event match for next week, where Kurt Angle and Luther Reigns would face Eddie Guerrero and Big Show.

I've read these results on 4 different website and sources and they all say the same thing

I saw an interview with Gangrel on the Bagpipe report this week, he said nothing about returning to the WWE, all he said was that he'd done some dark matches and that Vince had told him to "trim down & stay in shape for the future". Although I'm not sure when the Bagpipe report was taped, it looked very recent.

I can't believe that Viscera and especially Gangrel :) is back in the WWE.

Why oh why did Viscera get hired back. He is a (big) waste of space in the WWE who has no wrestling talent. Gangrel is one of my favourite wrestlers so big ups to him returning.

The bagpipe report is taped on a Tuesday after Raw of that week, cos they talk about what happened on Raw this week and stuff.

I still think this is legit, i haven't seen any other spoilers saying anything different

I reckon they probably just brought in Vis so when Show jobs to Angle at No Mercy he can still keep credibility as a monster if he destroys Vis by Slamming him and stuff

Sadly I dont see Gangrel and Vis staying that long. Or as those characters atleast. It would of been good if they joined up with Taker and reform the ministry. But no one considers taker now to be the same Taker to do the ministry.

I had to do a double take when I read that Gangrel came back. Hopefully I'm looking for either a Ministry reformation or Gangrel and Undertaker in some kind of fued I would like that. ANd the best part is nobody knew about it There weren't even commercials about them coming back so that makes me feel happy. I don't really like the commercials that are all "So and so are coming back in two months" And then he does'nt show up for 2 months. I kinda like the way Smackdown and Raw are doing. Only thing is fire Viscera make him work for OVW, but if they fire gangrel before Viscera then :foc: :rant: :mad:

Gangrel is not that great of a wrestler. However, he can be entertaining, and just the way he acts in a ring can make you forget about that.

Viscera is a horrible wrestler. However, even with the way he acts in the ring, he can't make you forget that. Oh yeah, he is zero at entertainment too.

I think they had enough of those guys on Smackdown as it is. To fire a talented wrestler and to rehire a big fat useless piece of shit. Get Eugene and a busfull of retards to write for the WWE. Then there would be better storylines and at least not fire classy individuals and greatness like Jamie Noble.

WWE is trying really hard to make me stop watching.

- JBL is still WWE Champion
- They job Randy Orton to Triple H
- They rush the London/Kidman split
- They fire Jamie Noble
- They continue to de-push Rob Van Dam
- The Diva Search gets extended
- Lita is still in an important storyline where she talks a lot
- They re-hire Viscera

I'm taping SmackDown tonight (as I did with RAW). I'm curious, though, if Tazz actually refers to them as Gangrel and Viscera. If they show up in non-Ministry attire, people may not recognize Gangrel, which would mean they could conceivably change his look (more businesslike). They'll recognize Vis because - let's face it - he's a 600-pound black guy with a stupid haircut (unless he changed it).

Maybe they'll go by Nelson Frazier and David Heath or something.

Taker needs people to squash, hence the rehiring. I cant see either of them lasting very long.

That's gonna seriously ruin my Christmas if Gangrel isn't Gangrel anymore. Suiting up Bradshaw, alright, I can take. But Gangrel? Hell no. Gangrel was like, my hero at some point. Well they were both dressed in their old ministry attire just for anyone who wants to know.

I saw Vis on some Indy show on TWC the other night. He was wrestling under the King Mabel name as the company's top babyface. Better yet he was their reigning champion and had an old school, "hero to all them poor kids who have it so tough" kind of gimmick. But still wore the Vis costume and contacts, which made him look like he was gonna eat the kids when he posed with them...Think of a fat gothic Mr T and your pretty close.

My theory is that Undertaker is gonna call on other ex corporate minsitry people to even the odds. Meaning that at No Mercy Paul Bearer will come back from the dead with the urn, open it up and BigBoss man will pop out and eat JBL's dog....COULD happen!

Gangrel! Can't wait! Gonna watch SmackDown instead of RAW for a change.

Dunno whether ta laugh or cry. They are NOT back full time. This is only an appearance or two to further the JBL/Taker feud. WWE has not hired either man and we will never see them again after a week or two.
