Steven Richards is scheduled to undergo nose surgery due to injuries sustained from Chris Master’s RAW debut match. rajahwwf.com

IT's all a work. :shifty:

Shaggy 02-25-2005 09:26 PM

What a way to debut....sorta like when they had Edge debut and he injured that one guy in Kaientie (how ever you spell it)

SuperSlim 02-25-2005 09:32 PM

yeah it was los broicuas... although wasn't it that guy's fault for almost completely missin Edge or was it Edge's fault for not bein close enough?

Champion of Europa 02-25-2005 09:34 PM

Masters sucked in OVW, he sucks now.

He'll fit right in with the main eventers.

And knowing Vince and his big man fetish, the main event is where he'll end up in a few months.

Jason Cage 02-25-2005 10:13 PM

Masterpiece?

WtF O_o

ColdwaVer 02-25-2005 10:27 PM

Um... nose surgery?

JJ Moore 02-25-2005 10:32 PM

Master's = Stenier and Bagwell's love child.

Corkscrewed 02-25-2005 10:46 PM

Geez, I thought someone said he was awesome in OVW? Well, he'd better shape up in the WWE, cuz his debut match was pretty damn boring.

Poor Richards. :'(

Kane Knight 02-25-2005 11:28 PM

Boring AND risky.

I stand behind whoever said Goldberg redux.

Loose Cannon 02-25-2005 11:29 PM

He'll be gone/jobbing by May.

Loose Cannon 02-25-2005 11:29 PM

unless he starts alligning with HHH or something, then he'll be around for a while.

KingofOldSchool 02-25-2005 11:48 PM

He looked stupid chewing gum during that match.

Only Mr. Perfect could get away with it.

MVP 02-26-2005 12:06 AM

OH, WHO CALLED IT.

I feel like an asshole betting on one of my favorite wrestlers getting injured at the hands of a green OVW guy.

Ruien 02-26-2005 12:12 AM

Mabey Vince will feel sad for Stevey and let him win a match on RAW for once? After that of course he will go back to jobbing and all.

I-Hate-You 02-26-2005 12:25 AM

Master piece of shit.

Mr. Nerfect 02-26-2005 01:09 AM

I don't mind Masters as a character, but why bring him up when he was this green? I say send him back donw and focus more time into guys like Muhammad Hassan and Simon Dean.

Nowhere Man 02-26-2005 01:20 AM

Well, I guess it is about the right season for WWE to bring in their cardre of new and progressively more useless hosses this year.

WHAT character? There's been almost nothing yet to really distinguish...

BatistaBomb 02-26-2005 01:31 AM

looks like we got another heindereich on our hands cause if you guys remember he injured richards in one of his first matches on raw

PullMyFinger 02-26-2005 01:38 AM

That's definitely a great way to debut. I feel bad for Richards...jobber, on Heat, gets a job match on Raw just to have his nose broken.

Innovator 02-26-2005 03:04 AM

Stevie walked by me on RAW while walking to the back, he seemed pretty pissed off.

DaveBrawl 02-26-2005 03:35 AM

With all those clotheslines and the flexing I was just waiting for the Torture Rack to finish the match off, and begin a new generation of Lex Luger.

That's true. I just got off on the fact that he brushed off Ric Flair, I guess. I think the guy can carry himself as a character, and I think he will be useful somewhere down the line, but right now he is too green, and they should just bail out with him and have him come back in a few years when the coast is clear.

Nah. First they have to get him to Scott Steiner levels of X-Pac heat, make him lose all of his face-value with the regular fans, make him lose all respect from the bookers and other workers, and THEN they'll send him back to OVW, never to return.

Why the fuck do the WWE keep debuting pieces of shit like this guy when, if they wanted to, they could hire guys like AJ Styles, Kid Kash, and Christopher Daniels; guys who are good at what they do and not 2 years fresh out of basic training.

I bet they fuck up Frankie Kazarian's push too.

Image how things would be different if it had been Frankie Kazarian that had got out of the limo and told Flair to watch his match.

Kazarian and Richards could have had a nice safe match, with some great spots in it, and they could hav given the win to Kazarian with the Figure Four just to play up this thing with Flair.

Triple H, Ric Flair, Frankie Kazarian and Randy Orton as a new incarnation of Evolution? I could really get into that.

Bo 02-26-2005 10:27 AM

He wrestled a dark match back in December when I went to Raw. He beat some local jobber and still didnt look that impressive.

Ol Dirty Dastard 02-26-2005 11:09 AM

lol that move looked pretty sick though, he knocked the crap out of Richards. Too bad I coulda done that as well, and there was no skill involved.

Ruien 02-26-2005 02:16 PM

Aually now that I think about it WWE will use this to boost him. They will act that he broke it because he is so strong and all that just to keep his push alive.

Yup. Just like JBL used the firing as a tool to hype himself, and the WWE used it as an excuse to push him...

That always cracked me up. Let's push him because he's cross-promotion. LEt's push him because he's been fired, so now he's no longer cross promotion.

Cool King 02-26-2005 02:28 PM

Amazing. His physique isn't even all that impressive (I mean, compared to other wrestlers, not to an average joe), he looks like a constipated babboon, and people are imprressed?

No. Vince is. :(

Taker Fan 02-26-2005 03:42 PM

that really sucks, and its quite rediculous...but that was the cheesiest entrance/pyro ever :D

tucsonspeed6 02-26-2005 05:30 PM

What a bastard. If I'm ever at a live event any time soon, I'll spread this story around and make sure I get at least one section of fans to stay absolutely quiet when he wrestles...either that or have them chant things that compare him to Buff Bagwell or Scott Steiner.

Volchok 02-26-2005 07:25 PM

The guy reminds me of the one guy who was on that one True Life epsiode on MTV.. like True Life: Im a Bodybuilder or some shit like that...

If you can,. try and dump pig's blood on him as he comes out. :shifty:

Gone Mad 02-26-2005 09:04 PM

Poor Stevie...

I couldn't stand this Master Piece Value Meal jerkel, and I can't stand him now. Ugh, at least he's not on SD! with all the other boring newer guys that they try to get over. **coughcoughHEIDENREICHcoughcough**

Kane Knight 02-26-2005 09:13 PM

I like Heidenreich. :(

Gone Mad 02-28-2005 12:40 AM

Well, Heiden is not as bad as the LusterPiece if it makes you feel better, Kane Knight.

...But he is not better than Snitsky though. Sorry.

Kane Knight 02-28-2005 01:09 AM

Snitksy sucks ass.

Mr. Nerfect 02-28-2005 01:39 AM

I really like Snitsky. :y:

I heard that at a house show earlier Rhyno may haveben injured by the same move Masters did on Richards.

If this is true, I really think it should be used to fuel the ECW PPV, with Richards (and Rhyno) coming back with the ECW attitude running through their veins. Maybe Simon Dean & Chris Masters vs. Rhyno & Steven Richards may actually have some heat attatched to it?

Kane Knight 02-28-2005 01:51 AM

I'd like Snitsky if I could keep a straight face when this "intimidating" guy came on my screen.

On the other hand, I really do have to give him credit for really enjoying what he's doing. He certainly looks like he's having fun, and I can't really get mad at that. I can poke fun all I want, but people like that are people you'd like to have in the business.

Which basically means he'll be the Kane of the next decade. Ya know... big hoss who puts up with bad management decisions because I guess he likes the business.

And you know what? If he gets a better fitting gimmick for himself, I might be happy with him. But as it is, "Enjoying what he's doing" doesn't really mean that much to me.

Just because you love the biz doesn't mean you're cut out for it.

I think Rhyno and Steven Richards would make a good team.

Innovator 02-28-2005 06:30 PM

Snitsky looked like he was having fun when he started talking to Kane and smiling after taking a bump off the stage.

Ol Dirty Dastard 02-28-2005 07:04 PM

For god sake his name is Gene.

How can you be afraid of someone named Gene...especially if there lastname is SNITSKY.

FOR GOD'S SAKE

That "Mean" Gene Okerlund is pretty fucking scary.

You must spread some reputation around before giving it to KK again.

In others words...
