Randy Orton: Diva Killer
 

According to Meltzer (March 28 newsletter), another WWE diva has left the company after being "harrassed" by Randy Orton.

After Amy Weber quit the company earlier this year following the Japan tour, and Lauren Jones moved from Raw to SmackDown to "get away" from Orton, Rochelle Loewen has also quit.

Loewen is probably best known for "being that irritating bimbo who did the twirl" at No Way Out and on the Taxi Driver spoof advert for WM21. Even though she was on the other show to Orton, it looks like his antics during his appearance at last week's SmackDown did the damage for Loewen.

Shitting in anyone's boots would be pretty mean, but it would be okay if it was something like stealing their clothes while they were in the shower, for example. Some of you guys are basically defending bullying in the workplace, which really isn't funny when it affects quite a lot of people. I dissagree with the whole guy/girl ratio theory as well. That shouldn't make a difference. My arguement is that it's something that's been a part of the business for as long as it's been around. It will always be. Like I said in another thread, she blew Orton off earlier because she didn't know who he was. That was the whole reason behind the incident. How do you work for WWE for so long and not know who he is. He was Champion when she got hired for christ's sake. Also, I never said it was right or wrong. I just don't care.

OMG, you guys are retarded. That kind of behavior would get anybody of lesser stature in the WWE fired. It's appalling and the fact that you are defending it only makes you look stupid, IMO.

Part of the industry is respect for everyone back in the locker room. Harmless ribs that don't take it too far are one thing, but harassing someone until they quit is another. Orton has shown no class. Now I see why its easy for him to perform the way he does.
Come to think of it though his actions do not suprise me. I recall that when he first came to WWE, Confidential did a report on him that included a segment where he explained how he spent time in a military prison for his attitude while in the Marine Corps.
I wish someone like Taker would get ahold of him. He's probably getting away with this because he's "Hunter's Boy". Orton is real lucky that someone like Big John Studd or Wahoo McDaniel isn't sharing a locker room with him. They'd teach him true respect for the business.

When you share a lockerroom with people (both male and female) - who are in a sense, your second family - you should show the same level of respect to everyone involved. I have worked for a number of promoters, on a number of shows, with a number of very attractive girls (many of whom are good people). I would NEVER even consider treating anyone like that outside of the business, nevermind inside of it. Furthermore, as a promoter, I like my lockerroom ran like my company - professionally, with respect for everyone involved in it, and I have never and would never allow something like this to take place.

The problem here is: you owe it to the promoter to be a professional, he signs your checks, and if you can't treat him right, don't expect it in return - BUT - if the owner or promoter does not enforce rules / plays favorites - HE is even more to blame than the asshole causing the problems, as he allows them to continue. In addition to him forgetting how to run a business, Vince also must've forgotten how to control his talents.

The WWE's lockerroom is apparently run like the company.

I agree that the promoters SHOULD be stepping in here, but sadly, the WWE is pretty damn unprofessional.

Not to beat a dead horse, but a professional company would be working to put its best and brightest on top, keeping ratings/ticket sales/whatever high, and work to keep their place safe.
