Think hard, and post the most obscure/forgotten thing from wrestling you can think of that you remember.

I remember reading in WWF magazine about some people who won a contest to have dinner with any Superstar. They chose Stone Cold and the cheap-asses took him to Sizzler. :wtf:

I remember Rock beating Gangrel with the People's Elbow.

I remember Disco Inferno.

i remember some parts of certain installments of "the funeral parlor" verbatim.

I remember Paul Bearer was a commentator on Saturday Nights Main Event one time and every time some one said "Body" or "Bodies" he would make this wierd face and go "BODIES?".

I remember when WCW was on the top of the wrestling world and the WWF nearly buried themselves because they had nothing but gimmick wrestlers running around.

I remember John Cena was champ. Wait that's something I WANT to forget. :mad:

I remember when I tried to immitate Lex Luger once with a steel plate in my forearm and drill my brother, but he moved and I cracked the living room window.

They actually were contracted with wwe. At one point they had Genichiro Tenryu, And at another they had Jisei Shinzaki as Hakushi.

This probably doesn't count but my mom went to see andre the giant while she was pregnant with me.

Been a fan ever since.

As far as I remember Tenryu was involved in the 94 Rumble and was terrible. I don't think management allowed him to do anything more than just slaps.

I obscurely remember D'Lo Brown going shopping for Terri Runnels because he caused her "miscariage". Although I think my mind has tryied to block that out for me.

I remember Big Show and Austin pulling down the TitianTron. That was awesome.

oh remember when the Oddities first debuted and they were like real carnival freaks and were heels. They came out to some haunting music and the Jackal was like thier leader.

It reminded me of the movie "Something wicked this way comes"

LOL, I remember when Head either won the Hardcore Championship or tagged with Al Snow and King had to use a bottle of Head and Shoulders to beat her. :lol:

That was at KOTR 1998. Al SNow wrestled Too Sexy and they put a bottle of Head and Shoulders on the Head and pinned it.

During the Warrior/Hogan feud part II, when Hogan (and the audience) saw Warrior in the mirror and started to freak out, yet Bischoff and the rest of the nWo said "What are you talking about Hogan, no one is there?"

I remember like 15 years ago, on network TV, they were doing some weird Octoberfest thing so everyone was dressed in German suspenders and stuff and chowing down, and then someone like Tugboat started a food fight. So it turned into a big food fight.


I remember when Big Bossman dragged Big Show's dad's casket around the cemetery.


I remember the "I Still Remember..." note. :shifty:

I remember the empty arena match between The Rock and Mankind halftime at the Super Bowl.

With a very dodgy camera shot of Rocky's face when the create was being lowered.

I remember calling to D'Lo during RR 2000's (I think) Heat (they were taping like four rows down) telling him he ruled and he looked at me like I was crazy.

Kaientai. John Wayne Bobbitt.

I remember Venis pursuing Kaientai's creepy, middle-aged leader's eerily young and hot wife. And later, when that went sour and she'd gone back to middle-aged fellow, and she tried to return to Venis, he refused her, left the ring, and tossed several large batteries at her. And half the crowd looked confused.
And lo, for I did laugh.

I remember watching a Juicer match, who always came down with a bunch of kids with him.

Consisted of Test, Shamrock, Mankind and the Big Show, i always thought it was a nifty gimmick, but they just kinda went "HEH NO THANKS" and dropped it after like 2 months..

That whole corporation/ministry year or so was awesome though..

I remember the huge security guy who looked like he COULD wrestle, but never did.

I think that may have been Sylvan. He did an angle in Montreal with Hogan/Rock.

I remember the angle where Chaz's girlfriend Marianna (spelling is probably off, but I don't care) claimed he had abused her and everyone was believing her, right down to the referees, who would screw Chaz over as punishment.

I still remember, I think it was the second ever King of the Ring, they had a "Come as you are" battle royale, and Leaping Lanny Poffo (I'm pretty sure this was before he became "The Professor") came to the ring in a suit of medieval armor.

I remember Max Moon leaping onto the ring apron while Gorilla would tell us he was using rockets to propel him up there, and the ring announcer introduced him as Maximillion Moon!?!?

I remember Alex The Pug Porteau coming out to the Steiner Brothers old theme in 1996 and disappearing soon after.

I remember Tracey Smothers as Jim Ross' favourite wrestler Freddie Joe Floyd, pinning the future JBL.

I remember The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels stealing the show from week to week on WWF Shotgun, yet never making the main shows. I also remember what I believe were the last words Gorilla Monsoon ever spoke on WWF TV and they were "Holy Mackeral!" after somebody had just pinned D'Lo Brown on Shotgun in 1999. He commentated on Shotgun around the 98/99 mark shortly before he fell ill and later passed away. However, he was very different from the "classic" Gorilla, he was pretty subdued and he spoke so little you usually forgot he was even at the booth, he only piped in with a Holy Mackeral! or a quick cliche every now and again. Shame.

Hell, I remember Shotgun! And LiveWire! And Mania! And All-American with Todd Pettengill, Gorilla Monsoon, Ted DiBiase (who apparently used his millions to redecorate his half of the set, so it was up to his luxury standards, complete with that touch of class, A BOWL OF FRUIT!), Johnny Polo, Bobby Heenan, Stan Lane....

I remember The Wizard! The unseen commentator of Superstars in 1993. I think it was really Bruce "Brother Love/Reo Rogers" Pritchard.

Man if only my memory was this good OUTSIDE of wrestling knowledge, I'd be unstoppable!
