awww, I feel bad now. I've sorta been a OJ mark since he debuted. He's the kind of guy where he doesn't get a lot of attention on the roster, but theres a hole in it when he leaves. :(

That hole will quickly be filled by Vito.

I never saw anything special in him, so aside from the slight sympathy I have towards wrestlers who are fired who don't seem to have any backstage flack, I don't really care.

PWInsider reports that the release of Orlando Jordan had been expected by some within the company before WWE.com made it official this afternoon.

Jordan was scheduled to wrestle Tatanka at this week's Smackdown tapings in California, but was pulled out of a pre-show meeting and sent from the building by WWE management. Apparently Jordan had extremely upset WWE officials, including Vince McMahon, for having an unauthorized person with him on the road and backstage at events.

Pity this isn't a work.

They could've had the unauthorized person be OJ's boyfriend or something.

Well......yeah.

It is, but the only reason you don't see him on the WWE tv or TNA tv is because he is still waiting for the best money offer from either company to properly showcase how the gimmick should work.

Finlay's leprechaun could fall into the category of entertaining crap for a few weeks, but I mean really how long will it entertain before it gets stupid. Probably not too long. They have an established star with a unique style, who could actaully have some entertaining feuds, as long as they let him be himself, but I guess that was too much to ask.

Orlando Jordan had the talent, but he was stuck as being a suck-up heel with no one to suck up to. Orlando Jordan should have really turned face earlier this year. Unfortunately, this isn't an ability issue, as OJ has rubbed people backstage the wrong way.

TNA would be smart to pick OJ up. The guy can be an adequate mid-carder, with potential to move up.

OJ for TNA, that's right he likes tits and ass. :rant:
