After weeks of taking matters into his own hands, Sabu finally achieved his goal of obtaining an ECW World Title opportunity against Big Show, and it takes place at SummerSlam. Big Show and Paul Heyman did everything they could to ensure that Big Show wouldn't have to defend the gold at the Biggest Party of the Summer, but the opportunistic Sabu foiled their plans. Can Sabu take it one step further and walk away from SummerSlam as the new ECW World Heavyweight Champion?

Plus, Kurt Angle had to be removed from ECW on Sci Fi by police officers after the Wrestling Machine tried to attack Paul Heyman. Before the No. 1 Contender Ladder Match, Heyman removed Angle from the contest, putting him on medical suspension due to a groin injury. Angle wanted to compete with the injury, but Heyman said he had to "save Angle from himself." Will the Wrestling Machine be back in the building Tuesday night?

And Mike Knox & Test looked impressive in a win over the FBI on ECW on Sci Fi. But they didn't look nearly as impressive when they retreated to the locker room after ECW Originals Tommy Dreamer and Sandman stormed the ring. Knox and Test escaped the ECW Originals' wrath, but will things be different on Tuesday?

I will be watching. Granted, I mainly watch to see CM Punk. They'll probably do what they did two weeks ago and have him cut a promo talking about his match next week, which will piss me off.

That could be an awesome situation. Like..they always seem like they're about to split, but they stay together fora really long time. They visibily hate each other, Mike Knox manages to get over with the crowd and becomes a face while Test stays a heel. That would be hottttt!

The show has actaully been pretty good tonight I think, I just wish they'd have it in "regular" ECW style arenas though, the atmosphere is so much better.

ECW has the best theme, glad they kept it from the "OLD DAYS"

Not a terrible match.

The match was fine, there's just something wrong about an ECW title match ending in DQ.

Bugs me.

I still don't understand why every match isn't held under extreme rules. It's what sets ECW apart from all of the other WWE products, so exploit it. When Heyman was talking to Holly tonight he was talking about how "hardcore" ECW is, when in truth it's nowhere near hardcore anymore. Just because a match is held under extreme rules doesn't mean it has to have a bunch of weapon spots. It just leaves that possibility open.

Agreed. I wish at the very least they would make all the ECW title matches extreme rules. Atleast that way it could give off a different feel from the Raw and Smackdown world title matches.

I think that it kind of gives the "extreme rules" matces more of a big fight feel. Sets them apart from the other matches and better showcases the versatility of ECW.

At least all of the ECW Title Matches should be in Extreme Rules. A DQ Finish is just fucking ridiculous.

Pretty good show, better than the past 2 weeks. Don't mind seeing HardcoreHolly come in and mix it up..if they book each week similiar to tonites' minus the mainevent dq and bikini crap, they'll be ok.

I suppose I'll have to download this.... I was watching Eureka, saw them advertising the bikini challenge, and decided that watching Rescue Me was much more worthwhile.
