Last stop before Unforgiven
September 11, 2006

Game over for the McMahon MSG legacy?

Next week on RAW, Mr. McMahon will do something he’s always dreamed about: headline a WWE event at Madison Square Garden. The Chairman will step into the ring and square off against Triple H one week before DX faces the McMahons and ECW World Champion Big Show at Unforgiven in a Hell in a Cell Match. Will Mr. McMahon do something that hasn't been done by the New York Knicks in years and pick up a Victory?

On ECW on Sci Fi, DX proved they'll go to extreme measures to avoid another beating like the one they suffered at the hands of Mr. McMahon and his lead pipe on RAW a few weeks ago. Will Triple H be able to carry his momentum from ECW on Sci Fi with him when he takes on the Chairman this Monday on RAW? Will Mr. McMahon walk out victorious in his first headlining match at the Garden?

Cena to SmackDown?

John Cena could be making his final RAW appearance at MSG next Monday night. If Cena loses to WWE Champion Edge at Unforgiven, he’ll be relocated to SmackDown for the next three years… and the Rated R Superstar would like nothing more then to send his archrival away for good. SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long was at RAW last week to scout his potential new Superstar, but does Cena have anything in store to ensure he’ll remain a RAW Superstar?

Six-Man Tag Team encounter

In a preview of Unforgiven, a huge Six-Man Tag Team Match will take place on RAW at the World's Most Famous Arena when John Cena, Carlito and Jeff Hardy collide with WWE Champion Edge, Randy Orton and Intercontinental Champion Johnny Nitro. This massive tag team match is the last stop for each of these competitors before their respective matches at Unforgiven. What will transpire when all six men explode at MSG?

What will happen on the last RAW before Unforgiven? Tune into the USA Network at 9/8 CT to see all the WWE action unfold.

I'm popping on early since I'll be back and fourth with alot of shit tonight. I'm expecting a bit of patrotic stuff before the show, but hopefully it'll pop tonight.

Destor 09-11-2006 08:51 PM

I had a dream last night that McMahon/H didn't happen. Here's hoping.

Kane Knight 09-11-2006 08:53 PM

I'd Mark out if Hassan returned tonight.

LETS HEAR IT FOR TASTELESSNESS!

As horribly (and purposely) timed as that would be, I would honestly praise Vince for it.

DX is out, and Vince comes to the ring.

Vince: Woah, before we go anywhere, since YOU have Shawn at your side, I think I should have someone...

*Triple H laughs at him*

Vince: Say hello to my ARAB FRIEND!

ALAYALALAYALALAYALAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Mr. JL 09-11-2006 09:21 PM

This should be great. I hope the New Yorkers rip the fuck out of all the retarded shit the WWE has going on its programming.

Azriel 09-11-2006 09:21 PM

Hopefully that match won't suck, although I have a feeling it will, and hard.

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 09:40 PM

Maybe Vince and H will work stiff. That would be hilarious.

Crippla 09-11-2006 09:48 PM

Since this could be my last Raw thread of my career I feel the need to post in it.

Linkbowler 09-11-2006 09:56 PM

Finkel! Awesome!

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 09:57 PM

*moment of silence* My girl wants to party all the time, party all the time, party all the timeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

ClockShot 09-11-2006 09:57 PM

Good evening everyone. And god bless you all.

More like "And now a moment of silence...

"ALEYALAAA..."

They were too stupid to keep quiet anyway. What harm could it do? Cheering during a moment of silence. God...

Destor 09-11-2006 09:58 PM

Lillian has the best rendition of the national anthem ever.

RGWhat316 09-11-2006 09:58 PM

Nice intro. Almost feels like WM right now.

Azriel 09-11-2006 09:59 PM

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 10:00 PM

Azriel 09-11-2006 10:01 PM

SuperSlim 09-11-2006 10:02 PM

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 10:04 PM

BAH GAWD HELLFIRE AND TOASTER PASTRIES!

SuperSlim 09-11-2006 10:05 PM

what's the purpose of the whole sitting up thing? it worked back in the late 90s but doing it now is pointless

Azriel 09-11-2006 10:05 PM

Kane/Umaga could be good. Hopefully Kane won't do the JOB

Kane Knight 09-11-2006 10:06 PM

Remind me what the point is of making someone unstoppable look scared of a little pyro....

not too subtle anymore. the only time he sits up is if he lands with his legs and arms straight. anyother way and it ain't happenin. It's retarded.

If WWE really wanted to get Umaga over, Kane would od the job but they'll probably have some stupid DQ finish.

Fignuts 09-11-2006 10:08 PM

I like how umaga/kane is building up.

SuperSlim 09-11-2006 10:09 PM

I was gonna expect big things from the 6 man tag but then I might be disappointed so I'm expectin average from it so that way I can enjoy it

Destor 09-11-2006 10:09 PM

umaga/kane has been the highlite of RAW for weeks.

What Would Kevin Do? 09-11-2006 10:10 PM

I liked the Umaga Kane bit... Kane throwing the stairs from the ring onto Umaga was actually pretty bad ass.

I agree, I'm glad that Umaga is finally catching on, it seemed kind of stupid when they tried to push him as an undefeated monster when he beat jobbers week after week.

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 10:12 PM

Cactus is broken in dem HAF!

ClockShot 09-11-2006 10:12 PM

Ah. The good ole days.

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 10:12 PM

Is this the new Highlanders entrance?

ClockShot 09-11-2006 10:12 PM

For a minute. I thought the Highlanders were getting a special intro.

ClockShot 09-11-2006 10:13 PM

I kinda like that they have been doing that lately. On Smackdown they had Lashley throw a chair from inside the ring to Finlay on the outside, and was a pretty sick shot.

Schoenauer 09-11-2006 10:13 PM

The three Kiltsmen

Caged Heat18 09-11-2006 10:13 PM

Kane Knight 09-11-2006 10:16 PM

Oh yay. The Spirit Squad interrupt the first entertaining segment of the night.

Azriel 09-11-2006 10:17 PM

The Scottish Stooges

since when did the WWE use body mics?

Kane Knight 09-11-2006 10:17 PM

Jesus Christ, cheerleaders insulting the masculinity of scotsmen?

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 10:17 PM

Irish and Scotsmen taking Guff Male from Cheerleaders?

Kalyx triaD 09-11-2006 10:19 PM

LP mic? I was wondering how that would look on a WWE stage.

Kane Knight 09-11-2006 10:19 PM

Those fuckers still have their sidearms, too.

Azriel 09-11-2006 10:19 PM

2 six man tag matches? Ehhh...

RGWhat316 09-11-2006 10:19 PM

Cool to see Piper back in action.

SuperSlim 09-11-2006 10:19 PM

Cheerleaders vs. Scots. normally Scots would win but since this is WWE it might be the cheerleaders

Crippla 09-11-2006 10:22 PM

It looks like I called it for the six man tag and I still have a hard time believing the legitimacy of The Rock being here but I saw a commercial on USA with The Rock saying he was gonna promote Gridiron Gang(didn't mention Raw) so it might be true.

Hanso Amore 09-11-2006 10:22 PM

Hughes Vs Penn should be a nice fight

RGWhat316 09-11-2006 10:23 PM

Sabu/Show again?

SuperSlim 09-11-2006 10:23 PM

Just Rock being there would be a highlight

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 10:24 PM

They're going to show a clip of Gridiron Gang *snore* after RAW. Rock will pretty much not be on WWE TV ever again.

Destor 09-11-2006 10:24 PM

Match sucks

They're supposed to be airing something on it after Raw, before Law and Order.

I still think Rock acting is him pissing away his talent. I know it benefits him more, but his body was made for wrestling.
