For one thing, they've got a geat angle, imo with joe holding jarretts title, while sting is challenging for it. A BRILLIANT way to set up a Joe/Sting. Angle should naturally fued with Jarret at first. Joe/Angle is the money match, and it needs a good amount of time to build hype.

I'm excited to see this although from the Impact preview it says Angle is going to talk about his former employer, which is the only downside.

I don't like the announcement of Huge TNA *Spoiler* unless it has the words "NEW NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION" afterwards.

Those two don't need to have a feud until Joe's got the belt and Angle gunning for it. But it can't hurt to have a little preview of what's to come.

I guarantee they will not give this feud the proper booking, buildup, and payoff.


I dunno... I don't watch TNA, but I hear they tend to do that.

Personally, I think it's more important to get Joe over in this feud. We know Angle can go, so they need to show to everyone that there guys are good too, and won't be easily destroyed by a WWE star.

Personally, I'd have Angle set to debut, but the week before, have him and Joe get into an altercation, and after a big fight, have Joe put Kurt on the shelf. While Kurt is gone, have Joe become champ. WHen Kurt makes his "big return" have him want to kill Joe, and vice versa.... Except have the championship committee refuse to make the match until Kurt "earns" it.

I can't wait until Jarrett buries Angle.

Y'know Kurt's debut is gonna suck because you're all building it up to be something HUGE... You're all going in with high expectations...

But that picture is pretty badass.

What else are we supposed to do? Act like it's going to suck? Of course it's going to be hyped, because it's a big deal.

I dunno really... that comment was aimed at all the people going on about "You know TNA will blow it" etc... My point being that the debut lives up to the hype, but not that of the individual.

Anyway, I treat everything like this the same I would a movie... go in with low expectations and you'll be surprised. Go with high expectations and you'll be let down.

I'm as excited as anyone else about this, but rather than expecting the greatest thing ever, or another huge let down, I'm just happy that's it happening and can't wait to see it.

Joe v.s Angle should happen at Bound For Glory NEXT year.

Angle's debut is huge moron. Angle is far more over than Nash or Hall when they went to WCW. This is the biggest jump since Hulk Hogan. Will we be let down?
Fuck no. Why? Because its Kurt Angle the greatest wrestler alive, with a broken neck or not. Not enough reason for you? Kurt Angle v.s Aj Style, Joe, Daniels, Jarrett, Abyss, Nash, Senshi, Eric Young, Runt, Raven, Rhino, Christian, Steiner, Killings... Still not enough? Then watch WWE, nobody cares what you think.

And to anyone who says Nash wtf? or Runt or any of that bs... Remember Angle is the one who pull a motyc off against Shane McMahon.

I get your point, and I do that on occassion...

But it's up to the writers (whether it's a movie, episodic TV show, or wrestling) to match or exceed the hype. There are instances when you should lower your standards (maybe you are looking for a partner that looks like Halle Berry or Brad Pitt, if that's how you roll), but I don't think this is one of them.

TNA has to surpass the expectations. The spoilers for the show seemed to be promising... but we'll have to just wait and see how it comes across on TV.

Yet again WWE is the only reason to watch TNA...

I hate the former WWE guys going to TNA and then bad mouthing them on television. It has gotton really old, especially since most of them would jump back to the WWE in a heartbeat. You are in TNA now, focus on making that company great, and if TNA ever gets big enough to compete with the WWE than that will mean way more than them "shooting" on the WWE.

I honestly think TNA should have Kurt Angle speak about what happend in his final days with WWE. I think there is grace period with this since Angle just got released last week.

I mean if Angle is still trying to bury WWE 6 months from now then I think it becomes sad. For now though I think it's ok.

The spoilers make it look like they're gonna rush this feud.

and his subsequent life in a wheelchair will simply be the way of saving face so he can return to WWE. :lol:
