Beavis and Butthead vs South Park

It's dick and fart jokes vs well thought out topical humor. No contest, South Park.

Butthead is cooler than the southpark gang and Beavis is Beavis.

Cant be touched.

Both are awesome in different ways, but B&B were first, and have a special place in my heart.

South Park by a mile. I can put in any South Park Season set DVD and watch any episode and still be entertained, while Beavis and Butt-Head can barely hold my attention anymore because all of the episodes are poorly written and far too brash to be taken seriously.

I guess this is growing up. Trading in your "butt-munches" and "ass wipes" for a fat kid who wants to be Hitler.

Gotta agree. Can't really pick between the two.

Beavis and Butt-head was not just "dick and fart" jokes. It is probably my favorite animated show of all time and it is fucking genius. Just the comedic timing is incredible. South Park is good but B&B is CLASSIC.

Beavis and Butthead is hilarious but the animation is kinda weird, South park is funny but only for a few episodes.

So because I like the show better than South Park, my opinion that I like it better than South Park is invalid.

Nah, more because you call a dick and fart show "genius" is why I say that you are a fanboy. That show wasn't genius, thats like calling the creator of the whoopie cushion a genius, sure he invented something that people enjoyed, but it hardly makes him anything special.

I love them both, but South Park is like an awesome band...Beavis and Butthead are like Elvis. They are icons.

South Park. Beavis and Butthead is too much like King of the Hill, not funny.

south park. I do love B&B commentary on videos though.

I never liked B&B. Never could get into it, too childish to me. Although when they did the MTV video shit it was a bit better (the best part of the entire 'franchise' in my opinion).

South Park, on the other hand, is awesome. Rarely has a bad episode and have been going relatively strong for the last ten years. Plus their one week turn around on episodes keeps them amazingly up to date and fresh. More often than not they're the first show in it's vein to hit on anything topical.

I think Mike Judge's best work is King of the Hill, honestly.

It's very close to me. Right now I would have to say South Park but B&B is sooooooo close. They are both unreal.

I enjoyed both shows as a kid but I can still watch South Park and be entertained by it B&B on the other hand bores me to tears

Mike Judge and Trey Parker and Matt Stone need to get together and make Beavis and Butthead do South Park.

South Park. I love Beavis & Butthead, but South Park is definitely the better show.

I love Beavis and Butthead. South Park is clearly the more intelligent show, but it doesn't stop me from loving both. To be honest, I probably like Beavis and Butthead more than South Park because I used to watch it so young. But I wouldn't go as far as to say Beavis and Butthead was genius, or more genius.

I'm a Simpsons man, but both these shows are great animated comedies. In B&Bs defense, some people call Jay and Silent Bob movies mindless dick and fart humor too, but its not the case.

Beavis & Butthead was good but fuck I hated those music videos. I hated them so much.

So South Park wins.

Beavis and Butthead is a classic, it still get's laughs out of me when I watch it now. But it's no South Park, and I don't think It'll stand the test of time as well as South Park will.
