Bobby Lashley walked onto SmackDown soil at No Way Out where he snapped and nearly crippled ECW World Title contender Mr. Kennedy with a steel chair. Following the vicious beating, ECW.com has learned that Lashley will put his ECW World Championship on the line this Tuesday night on ECW on Sci Fi against Mr. Kennedy and Hardcore Holly.

Also, the qualifying matches for this year's Money in the Bank Ladder Match will continue on ECW on Sci Fi as CM Punk faces Johnny Nitro one-on-one. At WrestleMania 23, six men will collide for the opportunity to compete for a World Championship of their choosing - any time, any place. Which young, hungry star will advance to the grandest stage of them all on April 1?

The story of the New Breed in the Land of the Extreme continued last week on ECW on Sci Fi. Two of the brand’s most outspoken Extremists, Elijah Burke & Matt Striker, had their way with Originals Sabu & Rob Van Dam in the night’s main event. If that wasn’t enough to hurt the Originals’ confidence, Kevin Thorn & Marcus Cor Von also picked up a victory against Sandman & Tommy Dreamer.

What can the Originals do to bring domination back in their corner? Is ECW officially New Breed territory? If the New Breed Extremists continue to work together, it could be a rough ride for the men Vince McMahon deemed “troublemakers.”

Finally, Snitsky made his presence felt once more last week when he attacked yet another Extremist, CM Punk. Is anybody safe from ECW’s newest, most mysterious Extremist?

I hope CM Punk gets into the Money in the Bank Ladder Match and Kennedy wins the ECW Title. The latter has like no chance of happening, but it would still be sweet.

Big difference between a Three Way Dance and a Triple Threat match...

Three Way Dances don't exist (on TV anyway) anymore so it really doesn't matter.

Why did they stop using three way dances? If there was one kind of special stip match that I always enjoyed, it was three way dances.

I think thats a safe assertion, seeing as the New Breed vs Originals match is all they'll offer up, besides Lashley in that non-brand hair raising adventure.

I'm going to officially move that the word "hammered" be used every time Sandman's involved in a match.

Why they haven't reintroduced the TV title and put it on Punk is beyond me.

Nitro has had a good year IMO, I think he deserves a spot in MITB. Punk hasn't set the world alight. Like he should've.

I didn't think it was as good as KENTA's, but it was okay. I'm just surprised he's stolen that AND his combo thing. Two things that are essentially KENTA exclusive. You'd think he'd be more subtle or take moves from other people. Ah well, still a really good match, and I'm glad he's in MITB.

Snitsky came out and randomly destroyed a tag team of mexican cruiserweights that we have no knowledge of that La Resistance just pwned in under two minutes. Snitsky looks less like a monster and more like a really really retarded vulture, and in the face he looks like a baby bird.


So I guess at least that works out.
