Honestly, I don't see what everyone's problem with Lashley is. He's got the look, he's quick enough in the ring, and while granted he's no Rock, he's not all that bad on the stick.

Really lively thread tonight.

When he does talk, he does kind of dip into decibels that a 280lbs World Champion shouldn't delve into. Plus he was pushed too fast to the top. The guy should really still be an upper mid-carder.

He does have some skill, though. :y:

He's in ECW so it's not like his position should really be considered as a Main Eventer.

Snitsky really needs some kind of random-appearance-off with Ron Simmons.

New Breed vs Originals at WM

Two matches on the Mania card that intrest me. MITB, and New Breed vs. Originals.

Can you imagine a promo where Punk and Austin were in the ring, and Austin offers him a beer, as a joke. Punk reminds Austin that he doesn't drink (which he already knew), but Austin then insults his lifestyle, manhood, talent, etc. Punk then says something like "I'm more of a man than you, because I'm going to do the gentleman's thing and leave" Austin then says something like "This is not business for gentlemen. You know what you really are? You're a pussy..."

Punk gets back in the ring and gets in Austin's face. Austin then pours a beer over Punk's head. CM Punk then snaps and unleashes a striking combination on Austin, and then plants him with a uranage (not a hard one, maybe make it look like more a takedown), and then slaps him in the Anaconda Vise as Joey Styles screams about Stone Cold Steve Austin's neck.

Nah, I love me some Elijah Burke, and Kevin Thorn has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. Most people like Matt Striker, as well.

He just came out and talked with fans, talked about the match and how he is gonna call it down the middle or something. Said how any place with a WWE arena is home, he was really just rambling on. Kinda dissapointed in myself that I watched it lol, somebody let me know if The Rock ever comes back.

It was actually decent, minus the Raw & Smackdown Rebound, the Extreme Expose, the awful Austin promo, the Balls squash and tons of commercials. :shifty:

Sad when an Austin promo on a floundering ECW show is one of the lowlights. :nono:

I liked the RVD match and I'm getting into the New Blood vs. Originals. I also like how Punk is being intigrated into the story line finally.

The Lashley/McMahon segment was pretty good, but I have a feeling Lashley botched the promo. Wouldn't it have made more sense for him to have said "I'm sorry.......I'm sorry I didn't kick your ass" rather than " I apologize to you Mr. McMahon. I should have kicked your ass."

Minor details I guess but, he seemed thrown off when Vince said "Did you just call me Vince?" Instead of improvising (as it seemed), he just repeated what he previously said.

With that said, I think WWE is doing a good job with this story line. Just wish they'd put that effort into other story lines not McMahon related.

I'm trying to picture this, so Vince just randomly said 'Did you just call me Vince' when Little Voice called him 'Mr McMahon'?

He actually did call him Vince first, then Mr. McMahon quickly after. Vince interupted with "Did you just call me Vince" and it seemed to throw Little Voice off like Hornswaggle at a Dwarf Toss.


Does anyone else think it was funny to see A.J. Pierzynski there and have King comment on him. Wonder if TNA knew about this.

It sounds ridiculously botched, so I'll have to tune in when its on over here.
