Wrestling Tag Teams Nominees


Welcome to the first nomination thread for the 1st Annual TPWW Wrestling Hall Of Fame Voting.


The nominations you see here were selected by 11 members of the TPWW Wrestling Forum Committee; Myself, BDC, KOOS, Xero, mrslackalack, NeanderCarl, Loopydate, WWKD, KayfabeMan, Rob and James Steele.


We each selected 4 nominees for each respected category.


The Categories were as follows: Top Level Wrestler, Mid Level Wrestler, Tag Team, Manager and Misc (i.e someone who has contributed a lot to the business that may not fall in the other categories)


Now we pass the torch to the TPWW Community to help elect our first Hall of Famer from this Category. There will be four other categories to follow, in which four more electees will be chosen, completing are Class of 2007


Please cast ONE Vote for this category. At voting close, the top 3 guys will move on to the Final voting for the Veterans Committee. From there, the committee will have a final vote to elect our 1st TPWW Hall of Famer from this category.

I'll reveal the lists on who nominated who soon. I just got tired of copying and pasting.

I reckon it'll only take a few upset votes to turn people off to it, but I really hope I'm wrong. I'd like for it to see completion.

considering it's once every 6th months, I guess you'll have to wait 6 months to see.

It's easy for me. All I have to do is make a thread and count votes. With 11 guys helping, it shouldn't be a problem.

I demand to be on the committee for the next round, or there will be heck to pay.

well we originally had 13, but two never sent nominees, so instead of waiting around, we decided to go ahead with the 11. I'm thinking about adding two more though. we'll see how it plays out

Seriously though, I'm not saying I want to be on it just to be a spaz. I've been with TPWW for quite some time now, and on top of that, I think I tend to view the business a little differently than the majority of posters here. I could create some balance. I've been watching wrestling my entire life, and I've got nothing but love for it. I watch all three shows, and I enjoy them each separately. Plus, I've got a pretty good memory. No offense to guys like mrslackalack, but how he got on the committee before me is just silly. Especially for the TPWW Hall of Fame (there's that perspective again).

Just something to consider.

The Road Warriors were only left off of one ballot. KayfabeMan is the only committee member who didn't nominate them. The Steiner Brothers got the next most ballots at five. The Hart Foundation and Rock 'n' Roll Express each got four apiece. The Fabulous Freebirds and the Midnight Express each got three.
