Things Vince would rather you forgot?

I remember when Kane made lightning hit the entranceway but nowadays he cant/dont want to do that.

The infamous note left for Booker T "I still remember"

Edge being a mute, then suddenly being able to speak!

WCW unvieling "The Giant" as Andre's son

These are all storylines/happenings that were dropped without explaination, and they kinda amuse me when i think about it, so post some more for me

Ricky 03-01-2004 12:20 PM

Why do people assume that Vince wants everyone to forget about the necrophillia storyline? Even though everyone criticised it, Vince supposedly found it all hilarious, so he's probably not ashamed of it at all.

And if he wanted us all to forget what happened at Survivor Series 97 he wouldn't constantly bring it up every 5 minutes.

I cant think of any new ones for WWE but I do remember one in WCW. Does anyone remember in a Triple Cage match that Kanyon was thrown off the top of the bottom cage onto the ramp way. They said that he was really badly injured and showed him in the hospital but 2 weeks after the incident he returned and went against DDP like the whol injury thing didnt happen.

You are annoying

the angle was done with John Heindrich. Yes it was kinda annoying as much as you are but I was actually always curious to see and find out who Little Johnny truly was.

That happened in WWE too. After Austin dropped the car with HHH inside at S Series 2000, he returns like 2 weeks later perfectly fine. :wtf:

I remember that. Kanyon's fall happened at Slamboree in May, but he didn't physically turn on Page until Page's match with Mike Awesome at the Great American Bash the following month. So I think they did that angle pretty well.
