Can finally get back on the site. I gave up after 2-3 times of trying to get back on. But not too bad of a show. And nice surprise ending with Shawn coming back. So much for the rumors I heard of him not even returning.

Great ending to a awful RAW.

HBK looked like that time in early 98 when he came out of nowhere and sweet chinned music Austin. He had a beard and was wearing a cowboy hat.

Wow, Raw was terrible with the exception of the last five minutes.

Why the hell can't they put on something solid throughout the evening? It's like they can only focus on 3-5% of a show being quality, and the rest is just throw away.

The DX thing is shit, but it's good to see Shawn Michaels back. Just please keep him and Triple H separate. I'm SOOOO glad they're going with Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels at Cyber Sunday. There is no way they should have a Hell in a Cell Match, though. Have the fans vote on either Shawn Michaels or Triple H getting the title shot, and have the other guy face Umaga.

Also, any match with Snitsky in it is going to suck the air out of the crowd. I don't dislike the guy as much as others, but they should have Snitsky go back to being the comedy face he once was. Also, I like the build to Santino Marella vs. Val Venis, providing that is the WWE's intention, and they're not going to completely forget about it. Santino Marella is fucking hilarious.

The six-woman tag team match also sounds pretty good. I mean, I'm sure it didn't get much time, but the booking seems right. Candice Michelle rebounds from her PPV loss with the pin on a heel who is perpetually over.

I don't get where the WWE is going with this Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs. The Highlanders thing. I like Rory & Robbie well enough, but London & Kendrick are the only face team on RAW. They should be going over guys pretty strong en route to their World Tag Team Title Match. Perfect booking: London & Kendrick beat The Highlanders to become the official #1 Contenders; Shelton Benjamin takes issue with Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch insulting Benjamin at No Mercy by replacing him with Mr. Kennedy, which leads to Charlie Haas stepping up with Shelton to face Cade & Murdoch; the fans vote on a TLC Match between Cade & Murdoch, London & Kendrick and The World's Greatest Tag Team for Cyber Sunday. The Highlanders should move to SmackDown!, and get Roddy Piper as a manager.

Jeff Hardy going over Mr. Kennedy would not have been my preference, but I guess they need to send a message to the steroid users. "If you take steroids, we will make you job to a stoner." To be perfectly honest, I'd love to see The Hardys vs. Mr. Kennedy & MVP at Cyber Sunday. What can the fans vote on? Maybe whether or not the Intercontinental Championship or United States Championship will be on the line? Give the fans an option for both and none, as well.

The other option is a match where The Undertaker & Kane defend the WWE Tag Team Championship, and the fans choose whether or not the challenging teams are The Hardys and Mr. Kennedy & MVP, or Jeff Hardy & Mr. Kennedy and Matt Hardy & MVP. Sounds a little complicated, but what it comes down to is whether or not the fans want to see the challengers to be aligned by preference, or by their brand.

Also, William Regal is fucking awesome. The man needs to be a World Champion before he retires. He needs to be eligible for some sort of Battle Royal match, where the fans vote on the prize. Make the General Manager position on RAW a possibility for the winner.

Regal will never be World Champion, neither will Venis, or about 75% of the roster sadly. (sadly about the 75% not the venis or regal comment fuck em' they're used to put people over. They've had their time to shine)

I don't understand. If HBK was clearly at Raw, why didn't he run out to save HHH? I mean, if he's making his return to Raw, he's probably not just showing up on a whim, or just got there.

Because Randy took him out in kayfabe a few months back. I actually thought this was a nice touch of continuity for a change. Normally HBK would probably just come back like Orton never did a thing to him.
It's probably more coincidence though, since Orton happens to be champ and HBK happens to be returning on the same night. But it works out well.

Of course, on the other side of thing continuity is kinda garbage since HHH was taken out in January by Orton and him and HBK were DX, yet HBK doesn't come out to reform DX. Which is funny since HBK kept DX going without Triple H and actually gave a fuck about him then, but suddenly it's like they weren't a stable this year?
Even though HBK was fine with HHH in the summer, and even defending his honor, they're probably gonna play the whole "you went and got injured and left me to carry DX blah blah blah" card for the inevitable HHH/HBK fued within the next year.
It's wrestling, and HBK returned cuz they needed him and you put that shit on the end of the show.

But at least they got one continuity right, which is more than normal.

I'm thinkin HHH VS HBK VS Orton for the belt. Dunno.

HBK's return was awesome. Kennedy/Hardy was excellent as well.

If they turn Triple H heel like I hope they do (they won't, but I can hope), this is something Triple H can bring up. "You care about me, Shawn? Where were you when I was getting beat down by Randy Orton and Umaga? You were in the back praying to God while planning to steal the spotlight from me later that night."
