Just got caught up yesterday. So why is Bizzarro back? Did Jor-El send him? And what is his purpose?

I don't know but as you saw at the end the real Clark is in that crystal. Also, in the episode where they last fought Clark uppercut him into the sky but there was this red flash that flew up and took away Bizarro. I thought it was Kara at first since she could fly but it wasn't.

The red flash was the martian man hunter. He was meant to deal with bizzaro. I am interested to see where this is going.....I hope James Masters returns as braniac soon too.

I think it's gonna end with Lex finding the Fortress...just by judging from the trailer.

She's stupid hot and everything, but thank god Lana is incapacitated.

Really, this should be the last season. I have no idea how they're going to do the show without Lex Luthor. Lana also isn't coming back for the eighth season. So basically the eighth season will have no Luthors and no Lana.

I mean, Lana, yeah, you could write her out and still have a show. But without Lex Luthor I don't think the show would work at all.

This weeks episode was horrible. I felt embarrassed watching most of it. Well the main plot at least.

I hope Lana is off the show. Can't fucking stand that love story. Not that great of a season ending. I'm not really hyped like I use to be back at like seasons 4 and 5. Whatever.

In the wake of the cast exodus from "Smallville," fans of the series have something to be thankful for ... the full-time addition of DC Comics hero the Green Arrow.

The emerald clad archer -- played by Justin Hartley -- will be appearing on a permanent basis in the eighth season of the superhero series in an attempt to bring a familiar face to the series, especially due to the many changes the show will go through next year.

However, unlike the previous Green Arrow story lines, the new episodes of "Smallville" will focus more on Ollie's mysterious billionaire past instead of his twilight identity as a fully-formed superhero.

At the end of the seventh season, both Michael Rosenbaum and Kristen Kreuk (Lex Luthor and Lana Lang) said their goodbyes to the show, and the Maid of Steel (Laura Vandervoort) has been reduced from series regular to guest star status. Kreuk however will be returning to the series for as many as eight episodes but an official number has yet to be confirmed.

There will also be a gentle introduction of new characters on the show to replace the long-time villain Lex Luthor. The main addition is of course Doomsday, the comic book villain that succeeded in killing Superman. Another bombshell baddie, Tess, will also have her eyes set on the Man of Steel as she takes control over all of Lex's assets.

Casting for both characters is now underway, and "Smallville" returns to the CW Thursdays at 8 p.m. in the fall.

I hope this Tess is ridiculously hot as we'll probably be seeing a lot of her.
