Spoiler about last nights raw.
Why do they have to pull crap like this? It totally pisses me off. I just can't believe they keep doing it...well I believe, I just wish they wouldn't. That should be enough filler to keep it from spoiling English idiots.
Cena and Batista won the tag titles off Rhodes and DiBiase. Why, what is the point. They were just getting Rhodes and DiBiase on a good run while Cena and Batista have more than enough tension between them. Arrrgghhh! Discuss. |

It pissed me off aswell, it would've got Rhodes/Dibiase well over if they beat cena/batista, even if they won by DQ.

They do this every year. They build a tag team division up (well, they forgot that part this year) then put the belts on two main eventers who then squash the rest of the division, killing any legitimacy the teams had.
They then drop the belts when they fued with each other. See: Brothers of destruction, two man power trip, HBK and Cena |
They have also done it with Austin and Undertaker. Undertaker and Batista, and so on and so forth.

I agree, this is retarded. The Tag titles do nothing for them, but at least they gave credibility to Rhodes and Dibiase. Now their steam is gone, because there is no way they can come out of this with a head of steam. Its a retarded angle. THey would have done so much more if they had Bats accidentally hit Cena back to lose the match. Then they argue and Priceless come out on top. THat would cause way more tension. |

People get pushes that go nowhere because the writers get bored with direction and just say "Let's do something with Cena/Hunter/Orton/Taker/Bats/Edge." I can't say I'm too burned up about this, one way or the other. |
I was really starting to enjoy DiBiase and Rhodes and then they decide to take the belts off them....stupid.
Anyone else wanting to see DiBiase vs. Orton? I think that would make a great match. |
I'd love if Rhodes/Dibease beat the crap out of the the champs and leave them in a pool of blood in a back stage segment or something. Otherwise I agree with everything said in this thread.

Then they just controlled the match for a good 5 or 6 minutes (pretty much half the match) while Cole hyped their teamwork. Jericho's new underwear shocked me a bit. Wouldn't be surprised if he had new music soon as well, it doesn't fit unless he does the outstretched arms thing. As for him not winning that match, I assume we'll be seeing him interrupt Shawn during his speech and/or Shawn ending up faking his injury.
As for Rhodes/Teddy Bear, as soon as it was announced you just knew they were dropping them. I guess thats why they hastily rehashed last weeks planned match. If I'm honest, Adamle as GM/Dancing Dave vs Rapping Robin seems have been dreamed up in the last couple of weeks. Raw was ok, Adamle played the role a lot better than expected. Summerslam still looks gash though. |

Thinking about it...there is no way that a team that only formed a month or so ago and consists of two young and inexperienced wrestlers should beat 2 main eventers that are multi time World Champs.
However, I just wish they had so we didn't have to do the whole Odd Couple failing yo co-exist again. |

This could save the situation:
Batista and Cena must defend their titles against cryme tyme next week by order of Adamle, Cena goes Heel; so do cryme tyme. We saw Cena Talking to Cryme Tyme before the match this week, this seemed to be nothing but him talking or whatever, but it could be built as more. Cena talks up Batista as his partner and says "regardless of what happens at Summerslam I just want you to know that i can't wait for a long title reign with you as my partner" He lays out batista during their match and Cryme Tyme win the belts. Triple heel turn. |

I can see DiBiase/Rhodes using the whole "we don't pay dues" thing to get a rematch and win back the titles. At least I hope so.
