Cody Rhodes is making a surprisingly good heel, by the way. He seems really into the role. Did he always wear his knee pads below the knee? Because if not, that is awesome heeling it up.

Think about it, each time he talks down or slaps these guys, it lights a fire under their asses to prove themselves.

They haven't yet earned his full respect, perhaps?

I dunno, even in kayfabe it doesn't seem likely. Unless that's how Randy shows leadership. Slapping around his minions and running backstage to hide.

Here is the whole storyline thus far:

1. Wasn't impressed with Cody and DiBiase not having their titles and slaps Cody
2. They get their titles and show off to Orton. He seems impressed.
3. Cody and DiBiase have lucky win. Add Manu to their team.
4. Orton dresses them down for their winning with luck. wants to see them win with their talent.
5. Cody, DiBiase, and Manu beat down Kofi and Punk. Leading to Orton doing his part time Field Goal kicker impression. Yells at them "Now THAT'S impressive."
6. The promo tonight which leads to DiBiase getting slapped.
7. That leads to the next segment, The six man match. They dominated Cryme Tyme and Kofi. Using their talent and teamwork to defeat their opponents.

Look beyond just the slaps and the verbal dressings down. It's the EFFECT the slaps and the verbal dressings down are having on Manu, DiBiase, and Rhodes which seems important. If the 'E is booking it the way I think they're booking it, everything will make sense. However, that is a big if, considering the 'E.

With everything you pointed out and the 5 billion times they said "impressive" during the show. I have to say the word impressive must be used in the name.

I'm honestly thinking The Princes of Pro-Wrestling is the best one to go with. The Gene Pool isn't too bad, though. :y:

Rising Stars sounds too next-rung-down. Especially if Orton is involved, would you really label him a Rising Star?

DiBiase could make a birthday cake with sixteen candles on it for Rhodes. Then, later on in the show, we find Afa dancing and lip-syncing to "Danke Schoen" and "Twist & Shout"
