St. Jimmy 10-14-2008 05:54 PM

BigDaddyCool 10-14-2008 05:55 PM

3rd strike?

Loose Cannon 10-14-2008 05:55 PM

3rd Strike of sucking, so yea

Destor 10-14-2008 05:57 PM

Kinda weird considering they didn't even job him out first.

Nark Order 10-14-2008 05:57 PM

LOL @ him getting a vicious beating by HBK and then getting canned the next week.

XL 10-14-2008 05:57 PM

I don't recall his first 2 strikes!?

KingofOldSchool 10-14-2008 05:59 PM

MURDOCH AND CADE = REUNITED AND IT FEELS...SOOOO GOOD!

Funky Fly 10-14-2008 06:01 PM

lol wow

Give him just a tiny taste of the main event before canning him. Gotta sting.

Loose Cannon 10-14-2008 06:01 PM

Jeff Jarrett is having a hard on as we speak at the possibility of bringing in two former WWE Tag Team Champions

Xero 10-14-2008 06:02 PM

Didn't see that one coming.

ClockShot 10-14-2008 06:04 PM

Wow. Curious to know what the details of this one.

And they're rednecks. With Cade even being from Nashville.

Can you say stable? Triple guitar shot?

Destor 10-14-2008 06:09 PM

Fuckn assholes...

Loose Cannon 10-14-2008 06:09 PM

for some reason, I saw this one. I am normally surprised by releases, but I felt like all he did was just stand there and get his ass kicked. He was really a let down in my opinion in this whole angle. He reminded me of Lenny Lane back in WCW when he was Jericho's lackey. This past week I honeslty was thinking the WWE was going to drop him soon. He just came off as sooo generic. Especially in his current role.

I did enjoy his tag work and I think the WWE really wanted to make him a singles star and maybe they finally saw it would never pan out. Could be other things for the release though

Destor 10-14-2008 06:10 PM

*insert rant here*

Loose Cannon 10-14-2008 06:11 PM

woah, posted that before the next wave there

DrA 10-14-2008 06:12 PM

I think the WWE wants to make it to where there are only five wrestlers on each brand.

Destor 10-14-2008 06:12 PM

change the thread title LC "new wave of releases" or something

Lord-Of-Darkness 10-14-2008 06:12 PM

Dammit this sucks.

Well thats 3 more people that are in SVR2009 that are out dated...

XL 10-14-2008 06:12 PM

Well my WTF has just grown in size.

Burchill. London. Burke. Seems WWE really don't know how to push telented in-ring guys.

Mind you, Smackdown Vs Raw 2009 is only weeks from release so we should have guessed they'd fuck about with the roster!

BigDaddyCool 10-14-2008 06:15 PM

Destor 10-14-2008 06:15 PM

Pretty sure KoOS is pulling our collective chain. I don't see any of that on WWE.com

Xero 10-14-2008 06:16 PM

Lock Jaw 10-14-2008 06:20 PM

Only Cade is real (for now). Here's hoping Val Venis and Hurricane get released too, so I can win my "Released Pool" I've had going since 2003. Hurricane doesn't seem likely though... but at least with Cade finally gone, I'm down to just the two.

and why does my wanting WWE to re-hire Trevor Murdoch not make sense? I mean, the guy can talk and can work. I've stated on multiple occasions that I felt Murdoch was the better worker and had more personality than Cade. I'm just glad that Cade being Micheals' boy only got him so far.
