Great, now we have Edge defying Eric Bischoff's authority. Another Superstar vs. Authority figure angle. ZZZZZZ! It's so played out. I didn't even care for Edge when he came out and the crowd reaction was pretty dead. Another WWE cock up. :mad:

actually, Edge being on the RAW brand, when Smackdown is still struggling, is the bigger foul-up.

I hate the auhtority figure vs babyface concept, they really need to come up with somehting new.

Well, what else are GM's and authority figures good for really? I know it is a played out scenerio, but is there something else that a face can do while there is a heel GM that would probably be holding them down?

I think the only good thing about Edge being on Raw is now that there is a hope that Edge and Christian might reform.

I agree, the babyface vs. authority angle is madly overused now.

That's why RAW needs to be rid of Bischoff.

Still giving mad pops to Edge...He just came back i guess see what angle hes involved and how it plays out...Every face at some point attacks the GM wether it be verbal or physical. Just last week Undertaker did the same thing Edge did..he came out nailed the GM with his finisher and left. So give it about a month see if they push or bury Edge.

I'm not really an Edge fan either, I don't see what is so cool about some dude in a vinyl trenchcoat who slithers around the ring with weird facial expressions and whose spear sucks that much ass. I have cheered for him outside the TLC matches, but, eh, he is just kinda there to me. I like Christian muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch better.

You said half-way decent. So I gave you the greatest wrestler of all time, and the biggest draw of all time, in a pair. But if it had to be a modern day wrestler, it sure as hell wouldn't be Edge. I just don't like the guy. I would probably go with someone like Randy Orton, Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero. Kurt Angle moreso than the other two.

And as far as Edge goes, I really like him. He has always put on very good matches IMO. His moves have never stood out too much, but I think that he just has really good in ring psychology.

And E&C did rule, but why the hell would you want to see these guys reform when both of them are on the verge of being serious singles competitors?

Edge is cool, but having him spear Bischoff is really weird. It made no sense--unless it was Eric who took him out last year. Bischoff was very welcoming, and out of the blue, a face spears a guy who is NOT insulting him at the moment.

That was very confusing.

My friend and I were talking about this the other night, his hair does kick ass.

Edge's spear will always be second rate to Goldbergs'. That's a fact because you have to admit, Goldberg's spear has "it"

Unless Edge's character has a huge makeover similar to Bradshaw's drastic character change, I will get bored of Edge pretty fast. teh only time Edge looked good was when he had the rub from Hogan and Mysterio last year or so..

Damn Straight, man. I'm with you. Just a couple months ago HBK was the best thing since sliced bread. He pulled off the best performance in a long while durring the 5 on 5 match at SS. Now everyone is bashing him because he's friends with Trips. Maybe we should all just sit down and watch the damn matches that we're saying suck and decide who we like after that. ("Der..we should push Maven because he is the underdog...")

Sure, last monday Edge's spear looked kinda sad, but he was spearing Bischoff, not another wrestler. At the Royal Rumble, Goldberg speared Nunzio in such a way that brought up images of a freight train smashing through a cow. Does that make Goldberg a better wrestler than Edge?

Eventually everyone will be saying that Eddie Guerrero is lame and can't cut a decent promo. It'll probably be a while, but I guarentee someday somebody will make a post that will say it and suddenly, like roaches crawling out when the lights go out, dozens of people will say "Man, I never liked Eddie, and they gave him too much credit for what he did. THey should have never pushed him." but these are the same people who bitch and moan that nobody other than the top main eventers are getting pushes.
