Just got into this show very recently and it's quite addicting. For those who don't know, it's about a high school science teacher, Bryan Cranston (the dad from "Malcolm in the Middle") who gets lung cancer and decides to start cooking and selling meth with some punk kid to make money for his family before he goes.


Season 2 kicked off last night. You can watch the first season online. Great show. any other fans?

I should be watching this. Since Jane Kaczmarek and Bryan Cranston took off to bigger and better things. While Frankie Muniz and the other brothers from Malcolm in the Middle pretty much fell off the planet.

Yeeaaahhhhhhh I was so happy this started up again. Second to last episode of season 1 was an instant classic.

Season 1 was good stuff. Have last nights episode waiting on the DVR.

Bryan Cranston blowing up the drug dealer's top story office with that chemical crystal is probably one of my favorite moments ever while watching TV. Right up there with Cartman serving Scott Tenorman his parents and Michael Scott's Guest Speaker appearance in Ryan's college business class.

Finally got around to it. Watching 2nd episode now. Was up mad late past my bedtime watching first episode, really got hooked. Think this may give me that "Shield" fix I've been missing.

But yeah, finished Season 1 last night, catching up on season 2. Probably my new favorite show currently on TV. Though not as badass as thought. SPOILERS In first episode when he just crushes the kids leg when he was making fun of his son, that is what made me think of Shield. Not so much now, more slower paced, less action.

Bryan Cranston is a fantastic actor.

Does anybody else find the wife extremely unattractive?

I like her. She just has a big, plate-like face. She's also been a total bitch for the last few episodes, which is a turn off.

Amazing episode last night though.

Just started watching the last two eps b/c my brother loves it I guess.

This show is mad good. Already "love it" just based on the two episodes I saw.

Def got to start from the beginning. I find this show hard to sell to people. Takes forever for me to convince them to watch it despite I always recommend top notch shows to them. When they finally do get around to it though they immediately fall in love with it.

As for latest episodes aka spoilers. So glad that girl died, she was getting annoying. Started to remind me of Shane's girl from The Shield. Glad we didn't have to deal with all that for to long.

I'm 2 episodes into season 2. Fucking love this show.

This is what I love about the show. It's got the power to turn regular, average Americans into mental accessories to murder. I felt the same way you did, and if I were in Walt's position, I would've let her go as well. The fact was that she dug her pointy fucking nose into the wrong dude's business. The money was one thing, but when she threatened to ruin Walt's family situation, that was the last straw, and the fact was that she had to go one way or another.

There's so much symbolism throughout each show, it truly does blow my mind that something this good is on TV.

Season finale this Sunday is going to be orgasmmmmmm.

And if not why not? Really really fantastic, great depth to the characters and just amazing really. Favourite show running at the moment for sure.

For those who's never heard of it your man that played Hal in Malcolm in the Middle is a chemistry teacher who finds out he has terminal cancer and gets involved in manufacturing crystal meth to get some money together for his family. Won't give away any more than that of the plot but its unbelievably good and you should all be watching it. Aired up to 5 episodes into season 3 at the moment so plenty to download and catch up on if you haven't seen it. All shot very beautifully to for those who like that.

I caught an episode a while back. Not bad. I'd like to see more. Just don't have the time at the mo.

Watching every week. One of my favorites, it may go down as one of the best.

What with my refusal to download TV shows, I've only seen up to Season One, since they haven't even started showing the second one in the UK yet. Sigh.

I have been meaning to catch it but in all likelihood I will catch it when the series finishes.

I don't think I've heard of it and if I did, it just never caught my attention.

My favorite show. Almost every character is amazing, Saul standing out especially. "Let's just make it an even ten, I can't go any lower and still respect myself... FIVE!"

Yeah I was wondering why there weren't any threads about it.

I've been following it since it started, one of the best shows on television. Characters are so well fleshed out, it's unbelievable.

But yeah, Saul is probably my favorite character at the moment. Brilliant.

Haven't been a huge fan of this season so far...a few cliches (really hate the two cousins, seem so out of place for how original the rest of the show is) and I'm not sure how I feel about them making Hank so unsympathetic.

Overall still the best show currently on television, though.

How is he unsympathetic? He has gone through some shit. Killed a guy for the first time. Watched his new partners get blown up. His wife is a bitch. (lol) His thought process is pretty altered at the moment. He gave up the other job and has dedicated himself to this case in an almost obsessive manner. I feel bad for the guy in the way that I want him to succeed, but fail at the same time because I almost DONT want to see shit hit the fan, because it will be painful to watch.

He is fantastically done, especially considering how when he was first shown in the show, it seemed like he would just be the 'dickhead brother-in-law'.

But yeah, the cousins are kind of 'eh' and somewhat cheesy, but at the same time they are cousins of Tuco, who was one crazy guy. So I guess it runs in the family and makes sense that they are pretty cold blooded.

That was brilliant, thought the cousins/hank story would stretch out over the whole season. Fuck loads happened in that episode.

I'm glad others are watching this show, too. I've been following avidly since season 1, but nobody else seems to know about this show. Best shit on TV since The Wire.

This season started slow, but fuck me the pace is flat out now.

Best show on TV. AMC has come to replace HBO in the past 2 years, mostly because HBO sucks now.

I'm excited to see what happens next. Does Walt take the full blame for the murdering of the two dealers, or does he pretend Jesse did it and let him go on the run for good? Is Gus going to be pissed and try to get rid of Walt?

So many ways it could all go, and you know they're going to do something big and fucked up to leave a giant cliff hanger for Season 4.

God I hate Gale

Pretty cool finale. Dunno how it will pick up in the next season, but Walt is gonna have to find a way out.

I bet there was actually a leak in the lab and Walt freaked out for no reason.

Great finale, leaves a whole lot of unanswered questions going into season 4. I liked the opening flashback to when Walt and Skylar first bought the house. Makes me think we're going to learn more about what happened with Walt and Grey Matter in Season 4.

God it's going to be a long wait.

Yes. The show has had rave reviews all around I'm pretty sure and will continue to stay around as long as it stays this good.

Just watched the first episode of the first season. It definitely has my attention.

Solid ending, upset I have to wait though. Very intense situation. Hopefully it picks up right where they left off and it's not some few days later bullshit. I liked Gale a lot tho.

I don't really see how they could not pick up right where we left off at the end of "Full Measure." Pretty hairy situation. I think maybe we'll see a Walt/Mike fight to the death, or Jesse on the run or Gus tearing Walt a new asshole. The possibilities are wide open.

I like that this season was kind of about Walt and Jesse's relationship and how they've been through so much together that, in the end, they're willing to kill and risk their lives for one another and that they now have to take on a druglord kingpin together.
