Bring on the supplementary draft
 

The draft is always interesting, and as always, I am very eager to see just what is going to go down on WWE.com when they supplement the rosters they brutalised (usually ECW and SmackDown!) with some mid-card moves.

Anyone have any predictions they'd like to make?

Helms to ECW.

Helms is a guy I can very easily see moving. Especially because he hasn't done much of anything.

Chavo Guerrero going to RAW is a pretty good bet. His role in the WWE these days is to wheel Vickie Guerrero around, and with Vickie being on RAW, Chavo will probably get to do some live jobbing now. I also get the feeling that Tyson Kidd will officially be moved to SmackDown! with Natalya.

They should probably do one really big move to make things worth watching. John Cena or Shawn Michaels to SmackDown!. Something epic like that.

I'd like to see Justin Roberts and Lilian Garcia change brands. Garcia would appeal to that Hispanic audience the WWE wants, and she is just shittier than Justin Roberts. Give Roberts the promotion and Garcia the change of scenery.

I was pretty sure that William Regal would be drafted to ECW, but with MVP pretty much having no competition for the US Title on RAW, I think Regal needs to stick around and feud with Porter over the belt.

Yeah, I was kinda surprised that Regal didn't move. Figured that he'd end up in a program for the ECW belt. Probably still will by the end of the year.

I want to see Jesse and Festus get split up, with Jesse going to RAW, possibly revealing himself as Terry Gordy's son, and joining Legacy. He's got the talent to be a bigger player than he has been.

I could see Morrison moving to Smackdown as well. He's already done the ECW title thing, and I think he could pull off a great rivalry with a guy like Punk.

Maybe Ziggy to SmackDown?
Fairycakes and Butterlips to ECW? They're not doing anything on SD, anyway.

It's hard to tell, because with the roster so small, you can't really have much of a supplemental draft without putting damn near everyone on a different show.

John Morrison going to SmackDown! seems like a pretty fair guess. I mean, Morrison deserves a push even more than The Miz, but the divide between the two is pretty meaningless if one of them is still on ECW, because of the talent exchange.

I don't know if the company plans on turning Morrison face, but he would make a very awesome addition to SmackDown! as either a face or a heel.

The Brian Kendrick and Ezekiel Jackson I can see moving. Even to RAW.

Charlie Haas should go to SmackDown!. He's been doing pretty much nothing on RAW, and would be a tremendous addition for the more wrestling-based SmackDown!.

There are a number of other guys that could easily replace him and deserve a spot / chance to make a better living, and yet this schmo still hangs around.

I'll answer that when you tell me why Khali still has a job, Helms is a much better work by FAR then him.

Christian deserves a change of scenery. Sure they only got him back 2 months ago, but I worry that if Vince buries him this time, his career will be stuck in mid-card hell. Send him to SmackDown!, build up his credibility again, make him IC champion in 6-9 months, see how fan reaction builds (or wanes), and if he can build his fan base to the next level, put the WWE or WHC strap on him sometime next year, and give him a proper run with it.

Oh, and also, just to make sure ECW maintains it's number of stars, let them acquire Kennedy from SmackDown! He'd be the goods against "The All-American...AMERICAN!" in a ECW Championship feud.

Mr. Kennedy- Could be a contender in ECW and will hopefully prove he can stay healthy so he will still have a job.

John Morrison- Already did the ECW thing surprised Miz went to Raw instead of him.

It's okay about ECW getting raped. They actually are making starts over there. Don't look, but Matt Sydal is looking like somebody, Tyson Kidd looks impressive, Schwaggerh looks like a star, and this Ortiz cunt is pretty popular. Throw Christian and Kennedy into the title mix with Burchill ,and we have an ECW Power Hour. If that isn't enough, they have this weird weekly thing called the new talent initiative where they debut new wrestlers never before seen out side of Florida.

True...but who did ECW lose? Someone mentioned somewhere that ECW is making stars, and has thier talent initiative program, thus introducing new stars. They gain Koslove, who could pose a somewhat viable threat to a face champion.

Last year, Raw drafted Kane, their champion, and Kofi Kingston, on of the biggest up and coming faces at the time. And they got Matt Hardy in return, which wasn't bad, but they were brutalized.

This year, SmackDown loses Matt Hardy, Kennedy, Triple H, and the Big Show. And that's just for now. The latter two are main event, while the former pair are upper mid card, and both have a quasi realistic chance of elevating, even if it's for filler/transitional runs.

SmackDown gained Jericho, which is awesome, Shad, a tag team wrestler who I think will fizzle on his own, and Alicia Fox, who, albeit an extremely attractive woman, brings nothing to the table.

So that big tag title unity match was for nothing.
