In the past when they "mashed up" themes, they didnt alternate themes back and forth. The theme would start with one and then go into the other and finish.

I think its probably bad do to it being rushed since they probably didn't know who to stick with Jericho after Edge got hurt until shortly before the PPV.

but they've had time to do work on it though, you would think.

Also, couldn't they just have the Jericho lyrics over the Big Show's music?

Rated RKO was beautifully done.

Yeah it's not very good it's up there along with RVD & Booker T's mashup.

I don't think the tempo switches all that much, it's just such a contrast in styles.

I always hated Show & Kane's theme when they were World Tag Team Champions on RAW, I believe in either '05 or '06...it started with the old "Well, it's the Big Show, and the rest was all Kane's "Slow Chemical"...I'll spare you all the headaches of actually putting it up, it's just that awful.

This theme was used during Kane and Big Show's reign as the World Tag Team Champions, and was used when they opened the unforgettable WrestleMania 22 event in Chicago, Illinois when they went 2-on-2 for the titles against Carlito and Chris Masters.

It really is shit and needs sorting out. As soon as you start liking part of one theme it cuts straight to the other annoyingly.

Remember when Big Show was Undertaker's apprentice and they tag teamed right after the Ministry? They had a separate tag team theme and it was greatness. Also, the Hardyz have that going on now. They should do more of this.

Or if they are going to insist on doing this terrible mash up shit, they should do it Allied Powers style and get Jim Johnston to make a separate mash up theme.

Back in the day it seemed that when 2 singles guys teamed up they got a totally new theme. Last lot of years all theyve done is this "mash together" shit, just smacks of laziness on wwe's part.

I like the start of their theme, but then the tempo becomes a problem. They need to fix that. A new theme would be awesome, but I doubt Jeri-Show are staying together that long.

God damn, I never realised how much I miss Booker T & Goldust being together. Those two were hilarious together. They've tried Goldust in other teams like it before, but they just haven't found the right personalities. He needs a straight man to play off who doesn't exactly take himself seriously at the same time. I actually believe Goldust and Shelton Benjamin would have really awesome chemistry together.

Their new music is great, but I wish they didn't debut it last night. Nothing says "We're going to be around for awhile as tag champs" like a new theme.

Heh it's funny it wen't from being one of the worst mashups to one of the very best. Was kinda hoping that the DX theme changed too last night but it was just an elongated intro. Now that I've heard this it makes me wonder what they could have done with Rated RKO/Y2J's but I'm sure copyright issues would have gotten in the way of doing so.

Great new theme, i may well start liking where they're going with these two now.
