DDP was so innovative with the cutter. It would come out of nowhere in some matches.

I loved Test's TKO.

The most devastating version of that move, I have seen would be Marc Mero's TKO.

Fuckin' DDP, you all can't be serious. Like he even comes close to Orton's RKO. Orton does it in many different ways, different forms, off the ropes, out of no where. Just because DDP pointed to the crowd in excitement after he did it, he is number one? Give me a break. If DDP and Bischoff weren't best friends, he would be CUTTING grass with all of the luchadores as a side job. His fake ass ridiculous Mr. Ed teeth. I hate DDP.

Def. gotta go with the majority as I agree DDP's was the best and he kinda made the move his

DDP all the way, and I still will argue that DDP should have beaten Goldberg at Halloween Havoc 98.

I have to say that it was very close between Orton and DDP for me, but whenever DDP was in a match it just felt like the Diamond Cutter could come at anytime.

Although Orton has had a few RKO's that have been out of nowhere in recent years, but now and days it seems he always advertises the move before he hits it.

My vote went to DDP! Totally. As said a million times before, DDP's came out of nowhere and were really well executed.

Orton's RKO on the other hand, is shit.

Test's is pretty cool, and Homicide's is okay, though his is really just an RKO with more snap to it.
