the art of the promo is indeed a lost art...I can honestly say that as much as I cant stand to even read the name Jake Roberts these days that the man was hands down one of the best EVER at cutting a promo...the promo in my eyes was most effective when these guys didnt scream (seeing as how they always do)...it draws comparison to how effective the Horsemen were by wearing suits as compared to conventional wrestling gear..

I loved Sid's promo's leading up to WM8, and Flair's acceptance for winning the rumble.

Matt Borne's promo's when he went to ECW were awesome.
