What is TNA doing wrong?
 

I hear a lot of hate towards Mat Morgan being teamed up with Hernandez... Why is that such a problem?
Yes they are both great single competitors but are they not just building reps to compete AFTER the AJ v Angle fued.. which is getting better with Ric in the mix? TNA has an awesome tag team division right now! Even if it does include the old ass Nasty and Dudleys boys.. What would you do without Morgan and Hernandez? Generation Me and MCMG seem to be X-division exclusive atm. Which i'm loving, but come on. Lets just watch some rasslin'!

Having had the misfortune to see about 11 minutes of TNA recently, I would say:

1) Rehashing an angle from the WWE that happened over 12 years ago with Kurt Angle and AJ Styles.
2) Booking AJ Styles, quite possibly the most cringeworthy on-screen personality in contemporary wrestling, as the new Nature Boy.
3) Shows are revolving around a group of guys, each of whom's best days were behind them when they originally got together over 13 years ago. Scott Hall looks half cut all the time, Sean Waltman or Syxx or whatever the hell they're calling him looks like the little junkie he's become, Nash always looks like he's struggling to just move and Hogan looks and sounds even more ridiculous than ever. Foley hasn't been relevant in wrestling since that match with Randy Orton and does anyone really care about Eric Bischoff? What is the point in Flair being around unless he's going to wrestle Sting and I would like to think he cares enough about his legacy to not piss it away by having a shocker with yet another decripid old man.

Basically they have gone back on everything that was supposed to seperate themselves from the WWE and WCW, not to mention I'm guessing Jeff Jarrett is still going about.

Bloody hell I didn't even mention Raven, Team 3-D or the Nasty Boys...

Oh please, he was awesome, again, around about over 10 years ago. I can not think of a single good match he's had in TNA. The mind is willing, the body, not so much.

his wrestling psychology is second to none, hes had a load of shoot interviews where he talks about the psychology of wrestling for hours and hours

Your point being? I ask you to direct me to a match he's had in the last decade that shows great storytelling? He talks a reasonably good game but he really doesn't have it in him to back it up. All I can remember is a load of matches with Abyss, each one more generic than the last.

Exactly BDC, I suspect Raven pissed any money he ever made against a wall and it's pretty clear that he doesn't care anymore and just wants a quick pay cheque. Combine that with the damage his body has taken and he's now no different than the veterans, he probably once criticised.

I really don't think he would be much use in any form in wrestling anymore. His time has well and truly passed, he can't go in the ring, his promos have declined rapidly and I don't think he has any real passion to push the younger generation. Even if he did, he would be banging his head against a brick wall in TNA if Hogan's around.

I keep hearing this and again I would like to be directed to an interview he's done recently that really captures you.

That right encapsulates everything that he has become since ECW. He looks terrible, he's just rambling and he doesn't care. If that was Savage or the Warrior, it would be rightly ridiculed.
