That's Val Venis. It happened back in 98 or so. Venis came out and saved that girl, who was the guy with the sword's wife, from being humiliated in the ring by the Kaienti(sp) stable. Val begins making movies with that girl while feuding with Kaienti. Then Taka starts teaming with Val to take on Kaienti. In a tag match Taka and that girl turn on Val and Kaienti and Taka drag Val to the back and proceed to chop his thing off. CAMERAS turned off just when it was about to happen.
