I'm thinking it won't be till the draft: like, RAW and Smackdown get to draft like 5 guys each or something

So what are the ECW guys supposed to do until May or whenever the draft takes effect?

I'd rather they go the surprise appearance route, tbh.

Although it would be cool to make a longer, drawn out affair on who gets the ecw champion, be it Zeke or Christian.

Here's to hoping that Christian goes to SmackDown and has a title unification match with Jericho or whoever wins at Elimination Chamber. He'd have no chance of winning, but a Christian/Jericho match would be a great TV main event.

You'd do a title unification match on TV? Why not a PPV?

it starts in 20 mins? I might actually watch ECW for the first time since Punk/Morrison were feuding since it's the final one.

Just because I don't see WWE giving the ECW title that much respect. I'd prefer to have that hypothetical Jericho/Christian match on PPV, too, but I wouldn't be surprised if they try to merge the thing as soon as possible just to get it out of the way.

Would be nice if they got Joey Styles to be a guest announcer in a match just to say "Oh My God" one last time for ECW/WWECW. He started the current brand as their announcer and would be nice to end it even if it was just for 1 spot or match.

Im pissed that the ECW song wont have a home anymore. Its the awesome tv show theme right now.

Now that you mention it, I might could see a classy act by Josh Matthews and Byron Saxton introducing Joey Styles as they come back from break for the start of the Christian/Jackson match, setting down their headsets and walking off so Styles can call it by himself.


But then again, it IS such a classy move that there's now way it'll happen.
