Anyways.... seems so "bizarre" that someone (a whole lot of people) thought that this was a good idea for the first ever "live action" Pokemon movie.

It looks good but for me, it's probably going to be a miss.
I'm not really a fan of Ryan Reynolds or his voice. Ryan Reynolds' voice doesn't really suit Pikachu and I feel like there were much better names that could have voiced him. |

Had one pokemon game boy game, never had any of the cards but the trailer makes it interesting. I was more of a Digimon fan as a kid and didnt watch much of the pokemon show.

But swap out Ted with Pikachu. And Seth McFarlane with Ryan Reynolds. With Nintendo's backing and blessing. Nothing to see here. |
Ted's a guy's imagination. The thunder mouse is real with the only oddity being that a human understands Pokemese.

This makes me want to shove a pencil in my urethra, but i bet it does a ton of money. I've never gotten the Pokemon phase. Nor have I ever gotten the Harry Potter Phase. I might be fucking weird. Well ya i am for sure.
