They will never unless they deal some of those young forwards. How the hell are they going to pay Eberle, RNH, Hall, Yakupov, etc.... and still have an elite goaltender and capable defence. They've got a stellar group of young defence in the pipeline: Hamonic, De Haan, MacDonald, Reinhart, Donovan, Pulock, Mayfield. That's how you build a team.
