The only Noid posts I see anymore are the ones that actual good posters quote. Between that and people just responding to him without quoting, it's enough to work out that he's just doing the same 'ol shit. |
Tired of the negativity around this place.... even when Noid makes positive posts about things he likes, other people seize on it to turn it into an argument/negativity..... just let the man enjoy/not enjoy what he wants....
|
I gotta see this cool forum where really smart people like Noid have passionate opinions about stuff they don’t watch to the point of occasionally bringing up things that demonstrably never happened as a legit gripe.
Maybe with the occasional genius Carlin-esque comedy stylings of Xrod. Sounds heavenly. |

RIP TNARick and Diddleyfun.
Gone to the smart people forum in the sky. |

And look, it’s fine to not have reasons for liking what you enjoy. But it’s not wrong the other way either. |
People who say dumb/blatantly dishonest shit in an arrogant manner deserve all the shame and ridicule that comes their way.

fans still love cody an seth can get him over more.

Cody pissing off Seth good

Lie detectors are not scientifically reliable. Gable should know better.

The Theory formerly known as Austin defeated Finn Balor for the US title. I'm convinced this title change is a direct result of the name change.

People talk about having the floating belts and making the US and IC Titles show specific, but why not just have the US and IC Champs float? SmackDown can be pretty tight as it is, but Theory vs. Kofi Kingston could be a fine little US Title match that works and puts him in front of a different audience. Ricochet could get some airtime on Raw and wrestle Chad Gable and beat him. Or lose it to Gable and his excellence.
World, Tag, Women’s, IC and US make a fine little set of belts to me. |
I wish WWE would make a really cool weekly 1 hour review of Raw/Smackdown/PPV's/angles etc... I'm aware they've had review shows like this on the network but it would be interesting if they actually put some effort into it, maybe by bringing in a former star to anchor the show.
I'd like a way to enjoy WWE if possible and I really can't do 5 hours of WWE a week. Plus everything clipped down to an hour would probably make it seem like WWE is good again, and you might seek out full matches if you feel inclined on the network. |
There's a 90 minute version on Hulu, but they do cut content. Though you don't miss much
|
There’s short versions with just the good stuff from WWE’s weekly shows on YouTube.
It’s called “Paul Heyman promos”. |

Used to watch This Week in WWE on the network. Was like 30-40 minutes recapping RAW and SD (maybe NXT for a bit too?). It was good. Scott Stanford co-hosted it with a pretty lady. |
But realistically the video packages before "premium live event" matches get you caught up just as well, making the TV almost moo.
|
lol @ Rhea and Liv breaking up
The women's tag titles have existed for 3 years and in that time The IIconics and maybe the Kabuki Warriors were the only ones that ever felt like an actual team |

… What?

You see, if the belts were created 3.1445893 years ago, they would have had teams fighting over them better.
See, normally if you go one-on-one with another team, you have a 50/50 chance of winning. But 3.1445893 years ago wasn't normal! So at best, the other team now only has a 25% chance to win! Then you add in the crazy piss breaks and your chances of anyone caring drasctically go down. See the 3 years for the belts, they got a 33 1/3 chance of winning, but I, I got a 66 and 2/3 chance of winning, because the other teams KNOWS they can't beat me and they aint even gonna try! So Your Kingship, you take their 33 1/3 chance, minus my 25% chance and you got an 8 1/3 chance of anyone caring. But then you take my 75% chance of winning, if we was to go one on one, and then add 66 2/3 per cents, I got 141 2/3 chance of winning dem belts tho. See Norm, the numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for your posts whenever you try. |

The fact you don't recognize one of the greatest promos of all time makes me sad.

It is literally Steiner maths promo, with a few words substituted to fit the situation and the forum.
GREATEST PROMO EVER, BETTER THAN MACHO MAN'S CREAM RISES TO THE TOP WEAK PROMO! |
Also, Steiner can beat Gable in a debate. It'd be like Billy Madison and Steiner is Adam Sandler.
|
Forgive Noid. He’s not ACTUALLY a wrestling fan.

THERE IS NO FORGIVENESS IN THE KINGDOM OF NORM!
It is the #1 rule. |
I was sports entertained by the wedding ceremony. Wrestling nerds who argue that WWE is misusing Tozawa have clearly never seen his work in Dragon Gate. Let's be honest and acknowledge that he's overachieved and lucky to even be a part of the company.
Ezekiel is hilarious. I wouldn't be surprised if he receives a future title shot. |
Yeah I enjoyed both those segments this week. Feels like they “didn’t outstay their welcome” as a lot of segments have a tendency to do.
