WWE Pool: The Revival?

With the demise of Tipsters, would anyone be interested in the return of the WWE Pool?

Not as "inclusive" as Tipsters with only 10 teams. (Unless we want to change the rules)

The rules the last time:

TPWW's 2014 WWE Draft Pool Rules
  • We draft wrestlers from the WWE roster. In a radical move we will all now get... 6 wrestlers in our stable. 5 from WWE, and 1 from NXT. You may draft your NXT pick in any round of the draft you choose.

  • Wrestling in a Televised (TV or PPV) match (one on one or tag match) automatically gets you 50 points. Superstars and NXT will both count as "televised" shows.
  • In Matches, The LOSER gets another 50 points, while the WINNER gets 100.
  • A win by DQ/COUNTOUT is only worth 50 points, whereas a NO CONTEST awards no extra points. A loss by DQ/COUNTOUT awards no extra points.
  • Wrestling in a CHAMPIONSHIP match automatically gets you 100 points, plus the 50 points for wrestling on TV.
  • LOSER in a Championship match gets no extra points.
  • Winning any CHAMPIONSHIP gets you 250 points.
  • POINTS in SPECIALTY matches will vary depending on the situation/match, made up by me as I go along.
  • NEW RULE ADDITION: If a member on your team doesn't wrestle on the card, but makes an appearance in a promo, whether backstage or in the ring (or LIVE via satellite), you will receive 50 points. Not eligible for these points if they are involved in a match on the same show.
  • Each person will have 24 hours to make their pick in the DRAFT, if someone doesn't pick during that time, they will be skipped.

  • Once the first person picks, they will send a PM to the next person to let them know that they're up next.

  • The game will last approximately 16 Weeks from whenever it starts (give or take, might extend it again to end at a PPV like last time). The stable with the most amount of points will win.
  • During the game, Free Agent trades will be on a first come first serve basis. Trades will only take effect once the next set of tapings start. (IE if you draft a guy on Wednesday after Smackdown has already been taped, he will not be a part of your team until RAW after the taped content has already passed. For NXT guys this process takes even longer since the tapings are done weeks in advance, I still don't know how many weeks in advance... but strategy must be used if you plan on changing your NXT guys/gals)

Are the rules still "good", or do you think they should be changed at all? Would anyone be interested in helping to compile show results? I know the biggest issues I had in the past was getting the show results together.

Should 205 Live fit into this at all? Should we pay attention to NXT UK at all? Currently I don't pay attention to NXT UK at all or watch 205. Should we continue to include Main Event? That gives RAW superstars an extra show to appear on (not any of the big names, of course, but still). Should we just say F it and just get rid of NXT/NXT UK/205/Main Event and just keep to RAW/SD only? If that is the case, keep 6 people on the team? 5?

Any other thoughts/suggestions?

So winning by DQ/countout is worth as much as losing?

Yes, it's points for being booked on the show.

I'm interested if WWE.com has full results that gives us information on winners, loses and clearly defines No Contests.
