Hope they also test the outside fans they brought in for tonight's RAW since they might have been exposed to the coronavirus as well.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">I was just going to tweet this. I can confirm this report.<br><br>There are a small amount of fans in attendance for tonight's <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/WWE?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#WWE</a> tapings. I was told by one source some are friends of performers. <a href="https://t.co/WZGCfDhaHf">https://t.co/WZGCfDhaHf</a></p>— Jon Alba (@JonAlba) <a href="https://twitter.com/JonAlba/status/1272678375287664641?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 15, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
Despite planning on going ahead as normal, WWE ended up cancelling all of their tapings for Tuesday as fallout from the recent positive test announcement.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">More on the site momentarily, but WWE has canceled tomorrow’s tapings to test everyone for COVID after a developmental wrestler tested positive.</p>— Bryan Alvarez (@bryanalvarez) <a href="https://twitter.com/bryanalvarez/status/1272746015720828930?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 16, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
Baron Covid?
I dunno the roster. Just looking for lazy jokes. |
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The talent I've spoken to say that they found out about the positive COVID-19 test when the rest of the world did. Last time they were informed via a talent relations app about five days before news broke.</p>— Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com (@SeanRossSapp) <a href="https://twitter.com/SeanRossSapp/status/1272748201192415233?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 16, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">On top of nobody finding out about the COVID failure until it hit social media, I was told by multiple sources that WWE would not allow anyone in the crowd at the RAW taping Monday to wear masks.</p>— Bryan Alvarez (@bryanalvarez) <a href="https://twitter.com/bryanalvarez/status/1272779412837031936?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 16, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> Wouldn't be surprised if more talent decide to back out of tapings considering the company's lackluster mindset over this virus. Only comparable promotion to them is UFC in terms of mindset over this virus and they still made sure to give real tests to everyone involved in their shows and not just the temperature check treatment WWE does. |

According to Fightful, WWE at one point were allowing some people with higher temperatures to enter their Performance Center despite that going against their temperature check rules. Supposedly that was going on as late as around a month ago.
Also confirmed the report that WWE did not actively demand that fans could not wear face masks if they wanted to be at RAW tapings. Fightful did mention WWE did not bother to inform nor gave coronavirus tests to those fans who had attended when they tested their staff and talent on Tuesday. Did confirm the report about outside fans having to sign waivers if they wanted to attend and mentioned talent were not told beforehand that outside fans were going to be at the tapings. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">I posted a breaking news video on the WWE-COVID news, testing and more<a href="https://t.co/Uo1qLfvVcX">https://t.co/Uo1qLfvVcX</a></p>— Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com (@SeanRossSapp) <a href="https://twitter.com/SeanRossSapp/status/1272974360219959296?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 16, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
