Simple Fan 05-09-2018 06:22 PM

What I assume is the finale for Lethal Weapon was pretty good. No way they make another season and recasting Riggs isn't going to work of they do.

Lock Jaw 05-10-2018 07:48 PM

DAMN.

Fox cancels The Mick, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and The Last Man on Earth.

I really like The Last Man on Earth. I didn't watch the other two, but I heard great things. So it's probably my fault those two are gone.

Destor 05-10-2018 08:02 PM

I caught a few of Brooklyn...meh. the mick i hadnt seen. Thought i more of a binge after they cancel it show...now i can!

Lock Jaw 05-10-2018 08:04 PM

Yeah, I guess I've heard bad things about Brooklyn too. Some people said they hated it, other that they love it.

Ezra 05-10-2018 09:26 PM

Wow and the mick ended on such a crazy cliffhanger.

Brooklyn is sad news as well but i had heard the cast had already discussed this being the last season.

Ezra 05-10-2018 09:35 PM

Also have a feeling reboot TV mania will replace a lot of these shows.

Juan 05-10-2018 11:45 PM

The Mick :(

Always wanted to check out The Last Man on Earth, never found the time.

Brooklyn 99 was funny. Don't know The Mick, but the name tells me it's about an Irish guy livin' in the US.

Ezra 05-11-2018 12:05 AM

The Mick is great.

SlickyTrickyDamon 05-11-2018 12:18 AM

99 :(

SlickyTrickyDamon 05-11-2018 12:18 AM

It had a run though.

ClockShot 05-11-2018 03:56 PM

Alright well, after Fox's big cancellation announcement, everyone else seems to be following suit with their decisions. Here's some of the majors ones. I'll try to group them by network/steaming service.

ABC:

Speechless gets picked up for a 3rd season.

American Idol has been given a 2nd season. It's 17th overall.

Grey's Anatomy has been picked up for a 15th season. Which will be a milestone for the network since it will be it's longest running drama for the network.

FOX:

Aside from yesterday's bloodbath....

Empire renewed for a 5th season.

The Resident has been given a 2nd season.

Star gets a 3rd season.

TBS:

The Last O.G. and Search Party get another season.

The Detour has been given a 4th season.

The 100 gets a 6th season.

Other Networks:

SyFy cancels the expanse after 3 seasons. Producers are looking for a new home for a potential 4th season.

Adult Swim wants 70 more episodes of Rick & Morty. But, no idea how many seasons what equals or when they're gonna air.

Starz gives Outlander 2 extra seasons. It's 5th and 6th.

HBO renews Westworld for a 3rd season.

Netflix:

The Joel McHale Show (starring Joel McHale) gets 6 more episodes attached to it's debut season

Santa Clarita Diet scores a 3rd season.

Transparent over on Amazon will end with it's 5th season. Also, Jack Ryan gets a 2nd season way before the first season airs in August.

Oh no.

Just read it got canceled.

Gutted. Show was so good.

screech 05-11-2018 05:30 PM

Designated Survivor canceled. Fuck. Was my favorite new show last year and "business picked up" this season.

ClockShot 05-11-2018 05:36 PM

Damn, Quantico got axed too. And that show JUST started it's new season.

Last Man Standing has been revived and is going to Fox. Tim Allen the rest of the cast will return.

Lock Jaw 05-11-2018 06:44 PM

Maybe that's why they canceled Last Man on Earth

ClockShot 05-11-2018 06:44 PM

ABC must be currently making their decisions. More fates coming in.

American Housewife, How to get away with murder, and Fresh off the boat, Black-Ish, and Splitting up Together all got renewed. Shondaland shows Station 19 and For the people also picked up.

The Crossing, Deception, Kevin (Probably) Saves the World, Marvel's The Inhumans, and Ten Days in the Valley all cancelled.
