Mei is a beast. Unless you take a tank head on, you'll likely win anyone one on one with Mei via freeze/headshot.

That's not to say it can't work at lower levels, but again, you need competent players communicating with one another. Heisenbergs group and I haved rolled dive comp teams even though we basically just pick whoever we wanted, because the other team picked a dive comp without knowing why or how it works well.

End of the day, at bronze to diamond, it's better to pick who you're comfortable with, as long as its a character the team can use. Even then you have some wiggle room. I've been on some teams where the compmlooks terrible on paper (no tanks, no dps, etc) but we end up not only winning, but destroying the other team.
My solo skill cap is probably just platinum them at this point in time.

Event is about 2:45 from ending.

All in all I got most of the dances, a bunch of the skins (bought Lucio, D'Va, Mei tonight), and gained probably about 40 levels. Solid event. Hoping tomorrow means patch day, with the event and double XP both ending

Omg the Reaper buff has made him such a beast. The fact that he gains health as he deals damage just lets you zerg rush like a muhfucka.

One of those fartknockers stole my McCree POTG in comp, Reaper slayed 4 of us grouped up on point.

Yeah...I think the health regain is triggered during his Ult too, which makes cutting it loose in a crowd more or less unstoppable

It's the only way he got away with what he did, I'm glad they buffed him though. He was the only Reaper I had issues with, the rest of them tried to see what the fuss was about and got handed their face.

I've gotten 74 kills in one match with reaper. I clean house on a regular basis with him. Gonna be a slaughter when I pick him now.

This has easily been the most frustrating comp season so far....getting stuck with the worst fucking players. Do people not know its okay to switch characters? Or am I just one of the few who has a "jack of all trades" mentality and can be flexible

Whenever we see high skill heroes on the enemy team it's almost certain that player knows how to use them. A Genji or Hanzo on our team tends to blow it.

He's really fun but hard to play. He has 5 long range shots that reload over time, secondary fire charges up a charge that can one hit kill a lot of people if it hits square on non-tanks, Abilities are a dragon punch and a stunning hit to the ground and the ultimate is just launching into the air and then aim a circle at people.

6v6 Doomfist Elimination on PTR was delightful, but I fear they may nerf him in a month or so. I think he is fine, no healing capabilities so he's not too OP

I think Rein need a decent counter to his charge or he becomes pointless though. A fully charged charge into a wall one hits Rein and goes through his shield. It's a bit too much of a hard counter.

Blizzard currently dealing with some legal issues regarding the logo for Overwatch League. MLB claims the logo looks too similar to their own logo and are preparing to oppose Blizzard's trademark for it.

MLB has till July 26th to official oppose the trademark.

Trying to play Mercy in ranked but it's so hard. Not being able to push sucks. Also, it's so rare to find anyone thst will actually protect the healer.
