It’s pretty obvious that Shawn and Marty are scumbag rapists based on the only visible testimony coming from their supposed friends and colleagues and there’s an awful lot of it. Women get nowhere with rape allegations now so they certainly didn’t get far with rape allegations back then. Especially if they were so drunk and drugged they had no idea it happened.
