Welp he's gone he can join Bram on the Spouse abusing asshole circuit.
|
I'm just surprised he's been kept on the roster as long if it's correct that there's been accusations made before.

Witness: We thought it was a work, brother, cause of the widespread use of social media. I knew it wasn't after he refused to ask her if she could handle this, a question his theme song usually asks the audience when he is on screen.

In fact, I think Jackson Andrews was instantly released when he abused Rosa Mendes. Either the WWE don't really care as much now as they say they do when it comes to domestic abuse, or the abused has to also be a WWE employee for it to be an instant release. |
Adam Rose didn't last long either

Wonder what would happen if Roman Reigns beat up a lady.

I wonder if he'll be able to handle this.
And by this, I mean extended jail time. |
I wonder if he bought meth from the Kentucky King of Meth, owenbrown?
|
No autographs, please.
|
Really idiotic of him to do since it cost him a potential big push and now very likely a job in the WWE.
Depending on what they do with Itami, Cedric or Ali probably are getting their turn next for the big face push in the division. |
Well I mean someone (ALLEGEDLY) abusing there girlfriend is generally not done by the most sound of mind.
|
Anthony Hopkins would like to volunteer to take his place tomorrow night. I've got a few moves up my sleeve. Bet you never thought you'd seen Odin do a hurricanrana?
|
What a loser. He prob also smokes the pot.

Too bad. If they could somehow splice his personality into Cedric Alexander's in-ring ability, they could have themselves something great on their hands.....
Hope that was worth it, because he just lost any shot he had at the big time.... |

According to the Observer, the backstage reaction when Swann got arrested was a mixed of shock and some believing it would have happened eventually due to Swann and his wife's past. A lot of them also feel bad for the couple because they know how badly Swann screwed up his financial well-being.

Something about a wrestler being arrested for hitting another wrestler is kinda funny to me.

Can't believe a black dude got arrested

Someone posted earlier that about his wife dropping the charges, doesn't matter if she refuses to cooperate or to testify against him. You have two statements that were submitted by eyewitnesses. He's screwed. Once you have eyewitnesses in an assault case, even if the victim refuses to cooperate, the state has picked up the charge and its no longer the victim pressing charges. The state doesn't need her to convict him. The statements of the two eyewitnesses alone will be enough to convict him.
He hasn't been released yet because WWE's Conduct Policy requires that the matter be resolved in some manner before any action is taken against talent regarding the cancellation or termination of their status as an independent contractor with World Wrestling Entertainment. The false imprisonment charge if you look at the police report is a felony as well. He's looking at some serious time if he were tried and convicted. He's not stupid so his attorney will plea it out. They'll drop the felony false imprisonment and he'll plead guilty to a misdemeanor count of spousal abuse/domestic violence, be required to complete a batter's intervention course, and likely fine/community service. There will be a no contact order with the victim as well and he'll be place likely on supervised/unsupervised probation for a period of time. Regardless the outcome of plea deal or guilty finding, likely WWE will be terminating his contract with them. |

I'm gonna miss his dancing.
