Corbin should be so broke he has to sell his ring gear and wear someone else's that doesn't fit and looks ridiculous
I am generally not into WWE's women's wrestling but everything else on this show has been pretty good.

Mysterio and Nakamura have the best entrances tonight

I hope Nakamaura wins. His new gimmick is pretty sick.
would be hilarious if HHH came out during mitb and pedigreed everyone and climbed the ladder for the win
Pat McAfee seems good... seems like he talks like a real person and hasn't been broken down yet by the WWE system
RIP Shinsuke
was overall a fine, safe show
Not a bad ep to return back. Having fans was nice.
Smackdown was phenomenal. It really shows how superior WWE is compared to the other guys. Top to bottom fantastic show.
Bad Bunny
I turned it off during the main. It wasn’t bad. I just wasn’t interested in any of it.
Balor joins the ever-growing 40+ year old club next week. Damn. Would’ve never known by looking at him.
WWE's decision to make Balor their first universal champion was a colossal mistake. Rollins would've made a much better inaugural champion considering his legacy as a former world champion and the first nxt champ. Balor's main roster run has largely been forgetable with the exception of his match against Styles and Lesnar. What a waste.
I would not be surprised if this run turns out to be equally underwhelming.
It’s WWE. Everything they’ve touched the last 20 years has ended up being underwhelming
Pat Mac is such a great catch for WWE. Probably the best guy they've had behind the action since King and JR back in the day. He is hilarious and so energetic.
Nakamura's new gimmick while simple, is ace. Big E is so on the edge, they gotta pull the trigger on him soon. I wish Finn was seen as a title level challenger because he was the first Universal Champion, I hope they don't take too long for him to get back to the top. Corbin's new gimmick is hilarious I absolutely loved it. I don't care for babyface KO. Those are my takeaways. |
Can't wait to see Eva Marie in front of a live crowd
Seeds pretty firmly planted for Big E/Reigns at Summerslam now. Doesn’t mean he has to win MITB either. But that match should be fire.
And Edge/Rollins was basically confirmed the second Edge returned with an “iconoclast” shirt |
I know all the talk is Cena/Reigns but honestly I would prefer Big E vs Roman with Cena being used as a guest ref
Would rather John Cena only wrestle at Mania now. Let him be the new and last special attraction for the show.
If they're doing Goldberg vs. Lashley I think they'll steer clear of Roman vs. Cena. Still think Cena will come back, just against another opponent.
Cena vs Bray in a "We're having an actual match this time we promise" match?

Belair vs. Carmella again on the next SmackDown
Yep, fans being back won't be enough for them to run carbon copy weekly TV |
Big E can win money in the bank and should announce himself as cashing in the SD after the Rumble, which I’d have him enter early and make it to the final 4 if not the final 2. Give him a king, strong showing and then he does something different and announces his cash in ahead of time. In the meantime, just have him rip through the upper miss card for now and get the momentum going.
I’d prefer they use legends like Cena to sell the non Mania shoes and use Mania to actually elevate the younger guys. This year’s mania was a fine example of how they should do it. All the matches had roster regulars in it. Even if you look at Edge as a nostalgia act, he was still regularly appearing before getting hurt and it looks like he’ll be a regular for the immediate future. There weren’t any special attraction or legend matches and that felt fresh. Keep doing that and use the stars of the past on the other shows. |
I have no interest in seeing Goldberg v Lashley. Idk who is over enough to get heated up and need an opponent for Lashley come Summer Slam, but please not Goldberg. Use somebody new or at least new to the main event scene.
Lesnar is the only person besides Goldberg they could hotshot out of nowhere into a match with Lashley. Well...CM Punk. Otherwise it's got to be someone who has been in the main event before. They don't have enough time to build someone else up as a credible challenger from the midcard.
The only wildcard here is the MitB briefcase. They could always have the winner of that immediately declare they want Lashley at SS. But when I look at that the only choice that makes sense there really is Big E. If they are gonna pull the trigger on his push then now is the time. Unless Lashley is def booked to retain, then I'd have KO or Rollins win. TBH feel like Riddle probably wins it now. |
Actually I do have one other out of nowhere contender that could work, although it wouldn't be ideal....Karrion Kross.
Karrion Kross is so fucking boring

IDK that I would call him a hoss.
When he wrestled Shelton Benjamin on Main Event they were about the same size. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E4casOiVEBkVpJX.png This is him from a handful of years ago standing next to Darren Young https://i.postimg.cc/hjVHGTj8/ic2semu9cr451.jpg |
Kross is absolutely not a hoss.
Bring Braun back for a one off feud
I saw some tweets suggesting Bronson Reed could be the new 'big dude' like Otis when he gets called up but Bronson isn't really that big compared to most guys on the main roster either
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/bOJ0uentewg/maxresdefault.jpg |
LMAO come on guys, how many times have we had to hear about Wardlow, Brian Cage, Miro, Nick Comoroto, or Will Hobbs being hosses?
They are all basically the same size as Kross, 6 foot to 6 foot 3, 270 pounds to 300 pounds. Either Kross is the same or none of them are. |
guess he just looks big next to the smaller guys he is normally around in nxt or something because he looks massive there.
Just looked it up: Lashley is billed as 6'3" 273lbs, Kross is 6'4" 265lbs. I'd consider Lashley a hoss in terms of what they have on the roster now. So I'd have to say Kross is as well. ftr I consider guys like Omas and Commander Azeez to be in another class above what I would say is a hoss. Those guys are like Big Show and Andre, they are giants. |
Lesnar is 6'3" 265 for comparison to them.
Kross is too lean.
Needs more BEEF to be a hoss. |
