Avengers: Infinity War (2018)

I am confident that marvel studios can make nomad not super gay.
If Watergate turned him into the Nomad the first time does this mean Trump did it the second?
I am terrified to see the comments from all the USA#1 guys.
Seems shitty, but I have faith in Marvel.
He's probably most likely to just go by Steve Rogers than adapt a new name. Maybe a reference like "damn that nomad, Steve Rogers" or something. I dunno. |
Maybe he'll be Ronin for Infinity War Part 1.
Yeah. Think rogue Steve Rogers is most likely.
The idea of Chris Pratt's Starlord interacting with Paul Rudd's Antman is enough to get me hyped to see this!

Thanks.

I bet we'll get something to the effect of:
"Steve, you've been living like a nomad for a while now..." or "Rogers has been a nomad for quite some time now..." |
Trailer tomorrow.
Sweet. Pretty excited for this. Long time coming.

Looks great!
Thank you, Kevin Feige.
What's with the stupid armguards on Rogers?
Anyway, looks awesome. |
Really does look awesome!
Sweet @ Avengers theme music. One of the main things Justice League was missing for me was some sweet theme music.....
This looks absolutely incredible! I have no doubt this is certainly going to live up to the hype, and will not only earn Marvel unspeakable amounts of money, but will go down as one of the all-time greatest movies of all time.
And the theme kicking in at the end is amazing! Gave me goosebumps. |
I still wish they'll be some kinda cameo from the TV universe side of things. Seems such a waste that there won't be. (Or at least, it's been implied that there won't be). :(
Perhaps they will cut to Jessica Jones saying something sarky, when they are in New York?
Of course, from the trailer, we know they don't kill off the Black Panther in his film (not that they would).

They've made it clear no TV shows' actors/characters would show up in the MCU.
Would love to see even the smallest cameo of the TV characters in it. Hell, i'd settle to see a Coulson reunion.
Even a reference would be a great!
"There's too many of 'em! We need all the help we can get!" "There's some guys in New York who could help. One in red spandex and one with a skull on his chest." "Nah, this is way above their league." Something like that. |
That would be soooo cheesy.
Would still be cool and you know it. :p
:n:
Never said cheesy was bad.
I'd still mark out, cause I'm a Marvel nerd. |
Trailer was kinda meh for me but I'm excited nonetheless.

I like that RRIPPP!
Like a really loud fart. |
Talked about this before, but while I don't think there is any point in showing the defenders in part 1, giving them a cameo in the final battle of part 2 would make sense, assuming it's a "this is such a big threat, we need everyone from every movie and show" type of final battle. Which given the plot of the comic, is assumed that it will be.
Doesn't have to be Daredevil fighting Proxima Midnight or anything, but the defenders fighting a group of Chitauri would be neat. I don't see the point in putting them in the MCU if you aren't going to use them in the event you're building up to with every movie. |
I get that you think that but it isnt happening.
Thats the key point.
