raw program

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 08:23 PM

If Lana gets put through a table again this week, then its entirely her fault this time based on how very dumb her grand plan is tonight.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 08:34 PM

 at Nia saying Lana sucks

6-woman tag match was decent overall.

Lana's dumbass plan predictably backfired and her table breaking streak lives for another week.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 08:47 PM

Poor Rambling Rabbit, got killed again by Bray.

Evil Vito 11-16-2020 08:54 PM

Lol @ Lana going through a table every week since Rusev went to AEW. Vince is so petty.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 09:01 PM

So far this go-home show for RAW is trending towards being the worst and/or dullest one in Survivor Series go-home show history.

Not being able to have brand invasion stuff happen because of the coronavirus hurts a lot but WWE's build for this year's Survivor Series has been terrible for the RAW side.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 09:16 PM

Yikes at Cedric completely missed hitting Kofi with the suicide dive to the outside.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 09:22 PM

Guess Sheamus just randomly turned face if that backstage segment with Drew was any indication ... or he simply wants Drew to chop off Orton's head with that sword gift.

Volare 11-16-2020 09:25 PM

I'm here for no reason but to boost the page count.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 09:31 PM

Starting to think Keith Lee might have lied about a new theme being worked on for him considering how long its been since he mentioned that work on a new revamped theme.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 09:44 PM

 at Retribution actually winning a meaningful match for once.

 at Riddle being the one who ate the pin. Guess Vince might have changed his mind about a potential big push for him.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 09:57 PM

Vince and RAW Creative must have been very wasted and high when they came up with the script for tonight's show since its been gawd awful boring and dumb so far.

RAW legit needed at least another month to build for Survivor Series considering how piss poor this go-home show has been as a last push attempt.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 10:17 PM

WWE's booking of Team RAW Women has been a mess.

Lacey Evans & Peyton replacing Mandy and Dana isn't that much of an improvement to a team that already looks like the weakest one ever in Survivor Series history.

Emperor Smeat 11-16-2020 11:03 PM

 at Orton's title reign being nothing more than a quick padding of his title numbers since Drew just won the WWE belt back.

WWE title match itself was pretty good but was such a big mistake giving it both 30+ minutes and making it the usual Orton style plodding match for action.

This week's go-home show for Survivor Series was among the worst and most boring RAW shows this year. Struggling to think of any really interesting or redeemable moments about it.

Like even Drew's big title win tonight had its own issues of why did they bother to take the belt off of him just to give it right back and make Orton's reign completely meaningless. If the reason was due to them getting cold feet over Orton vs. Reigns because it would be a heel vs. heel match, then they should have realized giving Orton the belt was a bad idea going into last month's Hell in a Cell.

Still not as bad as Triple H's stat padding of World Title wins lol

GD 11-16-2020 11:29 PM

I’m glad that McIntyre is champion once again.

Agreed, much better matchup for Survivor Series. That makes it 3 times in a row they made a switch right before Survivor Series for the Champ vs Champ match.

AJ from Jinder
Bryan from AJ
Drew from Orton

Not counting the NXT involvement year

The only bad ones were when they held the belt up in “abeyance” or whatever just to have him win it back at Elimination Chamber and the HHH/Orton back & forths at No Mercy that one year. Even I can’t defend that shit.

Evil Vito 11-17-2020 07:02 AM

There’s no way there’s a clean finish in Drew/Roman. Gonna call right now that Miz cashes in midway through, turning it into a triple threat and he ends up eating the pin.

Forgetting about the No Mercy stuff since they were both involved, Trips has the far more stat padding.

He was given a World Title once because just because the WWE Champ became Smackdown only.
He lost a title to Vince McMahon who instantly gave the title up, only for HHH to win it right back.
He was stripped of a title because of a draw in a Triple Threat match, then win it back, even though there was no other champion in between.
He hotshotted a title to his best friend and then win it right back.
He won one in a Royal Rumble match he wasn't even announced for.

That is 5 alone right there. I agree Orton is a close 2nd in terms of stat padding, but Trips is the King.

Gerard 11-17-2020 04:06 PM

The backstage segment with Sheamus and Mcintyre was Oscar worthy....

XL 11-17-2020 04:28 PM

The Orton loss is a weird one for me. I quite like when they build up multiple challengers at one time, I thought they could have been building towards an Elimination Chamber with Orton, McIntyre, The Fiend, Miz, Morrison, and Sheamus. I like it when you naturally build to a gimmick match rather than “it’s February, let’s chuck some guys into _______”.

The Rumble win made sense from a storyline perspective and how fucked they were with injuries that year. I don’t think those others were HHH “politicking”.

screech 11-19-2020 09:39 AM

First time watching WWE since Night of Champions. A lot as changed lol

screech 11-19-2020 09:44 AM

Didn't know Miz had the briefcase. Or that Retribution is...even dumber?

Enjoyed the Drew/Sheamus segment. And I like Alexa with Wyatt.

No interest in the women's team via not being a fan of Nia & Shayna.

screech 11-19-2020 09:44 AM

Hold up: Is AJ's associate the giant ninja?

XL 11-19-2020 10:56 AM

Yes. He also spent some time as the bouncer for Raw Underground.

I don't think it was HHH himself, it's just WWE stat padding.

Also, Charlotte Flair lol

I remember that. Nice. Good for him.

(I do miss the ninjas though.)
