No Country for Old Men- 7.5/10
I don't know maybe I didn't get it. I thought Tommy Lee Jones was good, and Javier Bardem was one of the scariest character's ever. |
The Expendables - 9.75/10.
|
|
The Book of Eli 8/10
|
Daybreakers- 6/10
Solid vampire flick that probably got lost in the shuffle. Lots of blood and gore plus pretty good performances from Willem Dafoe and Ethan Hawke |
Inception - 9.5/10
Clerks II - 7/10 |
SMART PEOPLE - 7/10
The whole cast is excellent, minus perhaps Sarah Jessica Parker, whose character doesn't really make any sense. But Dennis Quaid, Thomas Hayden Church and Ellen Page are awesome and well worth the watch. 500 DAYS OF SUMMER - 9/10 Just really good all around. JGL is fantastic as always and Zooey Deschanel is a cutie. The editing is fantastic and the writing is superb. See this with your girlfriend. |
Inception - 8.5/10 Highly enjoyed the film. Visually it is amazing. Story is awesome too. Didn't much care for the third level though as it seemed out of place and to bright compared to everything else.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World - 8/10 Found it to be a fun movie. If you grew up on comic books or NES, there are a lot of things in here for you to like. Could maybe have been a little shorter, but really fun movie. |
Ichi the killer, fucking worthless film. 3 for technically being competent with the gore.
|
The Expendbles - 3/10
I'm not really one for action films but I figured I'd "leave my brain at the door" and give it a try. I shouldn't have. Gun fight, explosion, running, corny dialogue, more gun fightimg, another explosion, a airplane, another gun fight, etc. |
Scott Pilgrim vs The World - 8/10
The Expendables - 6.5/10 Jennifer's Body - 5/10 |
Paranormal Activity 3/10
dumb dumb dumb |
Adventures of Babysitting - 8/10 Was such an amazing 80's film. Had so much fun the entire way through.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World - 5/5

Monsters VS. Aliens
5/10 Just not anywhere close to Pixar films. Voice-acting was weak too. |
The Invention of Lying - 8/10
Piranha 3D - 6.5/10 Hot Tub Time Machine - 7/10 Kinda underwhelmed by this considering all the hype. There was no one funny scene that really stood out to me. |
The Losers - 7/10
I was really shocked that I enjoyed this movie. I only rented it cause it looked interesting but thought it was gonna really suck. I even liked Chris Evans in it....probably my second favorite role for him since Cellular. |
Greenzone 0/10
honestly what the hell was that? I wasn't even tired and I fell asleep.. during an action scene I'm pretty sure |

Some really funny moments yet some fucking stupid ones too. |
Predators 7/10
|
Grown Ups 7/10
|
Book of Eli- 7.5/10
Not as much action as I thought there was going to be. |
The Expendables - 9/10
|
Teeth
A story about a vagina filled with razor sharp teeth. I don't know how to rate this....but... 6/10 ? |
Knowing
1/10 |
The Expendables
9/10 |
The Aristocrats - 3/10
if it were just people telling the joke it would have been so much better |
It basically was just people telling the joke
|
it was more people telling the story of the joke, dunno I just didn't like the way it was done
|
also it would have been kind of nice if it said what the names of the comics were
|
Ultraviolet
4/10 What the hell was that |
Sometimes I deeply ponder why people choose to see these movies and think they'll be any good
|
Groundhog Day- 10/10
It's amazing that I've never seen this movie before. As I'm a big Bill Murray fan, and always enjoyed pretty much anything he plays in. I completely see why this movie is considered a classic, and why you still hear people talking about it today. Loved it from start to finish. |
|
Saw the Expendables again today. It gets a 22/10. This movie is like an AC/DC album, the first two songs are total beat downs that when you get to the third song you need to recover from the first two.

500 Days of Summer - B
Cute, timely |

LUCAS - 7/10 Really enjoyed this 1986 teen movie and I can actually see why big things were once expected of Corey Haim from his acting in this film. Also cool to see Kerri Green in one of her few big movie roles, and also spotted Jeremy "Ari Gold" Piven in his first ever movie role as a classic jock-asshole character. http://www.wherediditallgoright.com/...uid-739346.jpg THE SQUID AND THE WHALE - 9/10 As a child of a messy divorce, I can definitely relate to this film. All four of the family members are great, including strong performances from Jeff Daniels and Laura Linney as the believable breaking up husband and wife. I was also really impressed with Jesse Eisenberg as the older son, even if he does kind of come off as a cheap Michael Cera impersonator at times. http://www.impawards.com/2002/poster...hour_photo.jpg ONE HOUR PHOTO - 8/10 Creepy as fuck and really strong performance from Robin Williams. Pretty awesome in a disturbing way. |
